Some of us don't have a choice since you have to have >500 to get a paper check, and the only means to cash out while in the US is said paper check.

if you win it vs a rationalplayer, i think you're good to go but if u beat a fish theyll give you a problem

Moral: if you find yourself playing against a fish spewing money on cake, quit the game right away and find stronger competition. It's isn't allowed to win easy money.

Yeah, it's pretty logical really. You just have to decide if your opponent is playing rationally. If he's not then it's your responsibility as a player to quit the game and notify Cake. Then Cake will simply take the money that your won from that player out of your account. Then you just find new opponents and repeat the process until you find people that play rationally and then you get to play them fair and square... but make sure they don't suddenly stop playing rationally.

I was thinking, if you were playing somebody HU and were stuck for a bunch of money couldn't you suddenly just start playing irrationally and then Cake will just refund all your money when they steal it from the other player right?

Why do we even bother playing on online poker sites with things like this that are against us. Fraud, accounts frozen, accounts unable to be withdrawn, monies withheld, money laundering, license revoked, "random" card generators, illegal activities, corruptions, scandals.
All this BS and all we want is to see if our 10 10 will hold up against A K.
Online poker isnt what it used to be in my day.

I really enjoyed how a little tinfoil mayhem was slipped in there for the "uneducated" amongst us.

I've railed this thread for a long time and am shocked there has still been no resolution.

Even if part of this is above board (which seems unlikely given $50,000 / $60,000 reasons and Cake Poker's resulting silence) I for one will never risk any portion of my roll there.

Has anybody been refunded money? Double standards Cake Poker.

This 'fake money account' would have won pots here and there- so for the people who lost money to this 'unrational' play money account- do they get refunded given it can work the other way round?

You would have lost pots against fake money- but conveniently the money was 'real' in those situations.

Good point. Are the hands on PTR? I don't have an account on any of the tracking sites but if someone who does could get the hands I would spend some time on the rail informing them that they should be asking for a refund.
