An update:

I undertook representation of OP a couple of weeks ago. As some have rightly speculated, I asked OP not to comment anymore on the thread for the time being.

To answer a couple of questions I know some of you have, no, the matter has not been resolved and no, OP has not signed an NDA. We are in the process of working with Cake management on the matter.

Please do not ask OP or I any questions as we will not respond. Rest assured, when we have more information to report, we will report it here.

The number of letters allowed in a title is almost maxed out.

I've added a "?" to the "!"

That should be clear to anyone who only reads titles.

people hack into players accounts. dump money to several different accounts thinking it will make it impossible for the site to track where the money has gone. clearly the account you played was one of these accounts. the site may think you are one of these accounts as well.

to get this higher in google don't worry as much about the keyword stuff, theres plenty of natural stuff in here. if you have a blog or website (free ones count too) just make a link to this thread with anchor text that people will use when searching google such as "cake poker" "cake poker review" etc. ill put one on my site asap, and others should do likewise. just don't go overboard with it or all use the same anchor text and we should see some results quickly.

You can just change beginning part to "Cake Poker takes my $60,000" or something like that if you want. Would give you more room for "Update: Has gotten a lawyer. Still not signed NDA."

Not sure we need the $50,000 / $60,000 thing anymore since the thread has already had some success in the google department.

Just a suggestion on how to rework the wording. Yours is fine too.

Just another straw on the camel's back, seemed apt to post in here: Cake recently changed their gold stacks reward program thing, and the new structure seems to take away a noticeable amount of value. And first glance it seems like woteva, but historically these mini-cash grabs have always been bad omens and signs that something is rotten in denmark. (ahem... FTP) So yeah, just one more thing on the pile for anybody thinking about playing Cake.
