Be open and honest. If the site refuses to accept your point of view, then you should take your money and leave. You wouldn't accept your dry cleaner or a restaurant (remember those?) holding your money hostage because you thought they mistakenly accused you of cheating them, so why would you let an online gambling operator do the same?
If a restaurant treated you badly over a $20 meal, you'd give it a bad review on Yelp/Google/Facebook/whatever and never eat there again. If an online poker company treated you badly over 60-thousand-freaking-dollars, you should do at least the same! Why would you want to play at a site which you claim mistakenly alleged you were a cheater and held your $60k hostage?
If the site wrongly confiscated your money, then you should raise it with the appropriate regulator and/or court system. Companies can't take money off customers arbitrarily, that's not how the world works.
