The poker landscape just got infinitely more difficult for the American small stakes player. I truly hope most if not all of these players don't need quick, cheap cashouts in order to pay bills, b/c it might not happen.
Quicktender is obviously in a huge position of power and is taking full advantage of it. A Cake rep told a 2+2er that at least 2-3 new cashier options would be added within 7 days, and that was 2 weeks ago. It is obviously far more difficult to find a reliable option than Cake initially anticipated. QT is a decent option for mid-high stakes players as it usually pretty quick, but I wonder how long before they too succumb to the pressures placed on processors. I can't imagine the panic and hysteria if QT ever leaves, the backlog of withdrawals by check would cause them to take 2+ months to arrive.
