You obviously didn't try contacting your affiliate, or else you would've gotten it within a month.

US player Requested cashout on 10/24 (~$500)

Received confirmation of it processing 11/21

I emailed them at least once a week to check in on the status, and also mentioned this thread in my last email to them. They then confirmed it was processed shortly after.

I think staying in contact with them DOES help, hopefully the check clears!

Also fwiw, I don't have much in the way of rakeback.. I binked a tourney and won a bit in the casino from a $50 deposit.

I requested a withdrawal via my neteller several days ago. So today I write an email requesting my withdrawal whereabouts and here are the responses. Top is most recent. After this last response I sent 2 more emails to support which they have yet to address. Normally I can say support is spectacular with responses and in a fast manner. But today after I demanded some answers they went silent!!!

Hi support

I've written 2 emails with no reponse on this issue. Chloe mentioned below my neteller cashout woiuld be processed in the next hour. I have yet to receive nor heard response from my email. I would like someone to help with this matter

Hello xxx,

Thank you for your email. Apologies but we appear to be having some issues with Neteller’s backend when processing our Cashouts. Our Cashier team is currently working with them on this issue and we hope your cashout to be processed shortly, thanks again for your patience in this matter.
Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

People are saying Cake is paying. They are not paying me. Its been almost 2 months now. How can the "backlog" be that long? What am I doing wrong? Here is a typical response from them ...

Thank you for your email. Please be informed that we do not have the information and are not updated by our processors.... blah blah blah...

Thanks,

$1500 check requested 10/31.
Still has not been processed.

I have sent several emails to Cake and also RakeBrain. Rakebrain said they put a "prio" on my withdrawal request. That was two weeks ago today.

UPDATE::::

It's Wednesday and I decided to take a day off from posting here but I didnt stop from emailing them in a back and forth array. I feel for everyone alike but me having neteller and requesting a withdrawal should be a cut and dry procedure. Here is my most recent email today.(Remember this is a neteller cashout not a payment processor)

Hello xxx,

Thank you for your email. We regret the delay which has been caused by technical difficulties when your cash out was suppossed to be transferred in the first place. As I said earlier I have contacted our payment processor and your cash out is going to be handled with highest priority. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

Lifesavacation, id chill for a few days. I dont know when you requested, but generally moneybookers are processed in a very small time frame. I havent seen any neteller cashouts itt, but rest assured theyre working on it obviously.

I have been waiting for 5 days on this. And no I'm not chilling. Neteller is a instanteous payout. I know several who have gotten this in 2 days maximum here via same method as of recent.

5 days? Some Americans are waiting 2+ months. They said they had an issue and that processing your withdrawal was a top priority. If I read correctly earlier, they said it was on Neteller's end and not theirs. Just wait a few days before you flip out on them. You're treating the support people like complete dog **** for no good reason, and if I were them, I would feel zero obligation to speed up your cashout. Karma is a bitch.

Quoted from earlier today: "LOL! What is the point? If I win, you scamming ****s aren't going to pay me anyway. Your site is a complete jopke! I hope you all rot in hell."

Example of where you treated them like ****.

If you think you're doing the right thing, keep going about it the way you're doing it. The fact is, they seem to be working diligently on your cashout, and if anything heinous was going on, they just wouldn't respond. I am assume they sent you prompt emails, and the fact is, 5 days is not some unacceptable timeframe for a cashout. In fact, if you requested Saturday, it's only been 3 business days, counting today.

I spoke to Neteller and there are no problems on their end. Neteller told me payouts are coming in from cake. I have been treating them on emails with respect but when they tell you one thing to appease you, and don't follow through, thats where the problem lies. These neteller back end issues are their issues not netellers. So unless you have some connection with them, please refrain from posting here. I see you have 250 plus posts in the cake withdrawal area, so obviously you either have a concern as well. And please explain to me where I've treated them like s..t. !!! All my posts here have been professional and contrite. Are you working for them?

You keep forgetting the grand point of this all, this is neteller not the payment processing charade that has been a problem for last year or two. Neteller isnt a mysterious new entity and handles payouts prompt and speaking of that I know personally a few who have received payouts in last week in 2 day frame via cake. So yes this is a problem!!!!

What the hell are you talking about? I haven't misquoted you at all. I quoted a part of the email you sent, and you previously said it has been 5 days since you requested a cashout, which would effectively mean you requested a check on Saturday and it's now Wednesday -- only 3 business days. Your intelligence really shines through in your posts. Bashing a poker site and sending them harassing emails after 3 business days because you didn't receive an immediate cashout is downright stupid.

First of all you mentioned this below as something I said, which is not my quote. And 5 days if mathematics hasnt changed in last 1000 years is Friday not Saturday. And you have no proof to say I've sent them harassing emails. Please give me one instance of this. I have been professional throughout with them. I think you have a different agenda in this thread/forum. All sites will send neteller out immediately, and won't lie or deceive customers by propaganda. I think you need to sometimes read before you write. It helps.
