Just browsed through the thread and didn't see anything. I was just wondering, has Cake not added MoneyGram for deposits and withdrawals (yet)? If they did this, I would join the site ASAP.

Yea, I really wish they had, but they haven't yet. Waiting 3+weeks for checks is just a pain.

PLAYERS ONLY WARNING. I have been a dedicated member of Players Only for over a year but their recent behavior is awful and simply unacceptable. I used to routinely cash out every week and it took about 2 weeks to get a check. NOW...I have withdrawals that were requested in MARCH...yes...MARCH...that I have not yet received. I call them every day and they tell me that there was a "bad processor" and they will have updates. Then they tell me there is an update that I will have all my money by a certain date and nothing happens on that date except them telling me they are so sorry and to wait LONGER. They gave me tracking #s that only say "shipment data received" which means that all they did was print a label. I also check that every day and it never changes. It has been over 9 weeks and they still have no remedy. This is absolutely the worst I have seen/heard. Anyone else in this boat with me? PLEASE. I urge you NOT to play the site unless you have no intention of receiving money.

Sportsbook has very good customer service imo. Response time is quick and friendly. I emailed them about alternate payment options to a check and they sent me back a standard reply that "if you deposited by credit card then that amount can be place on the card, etc and the rest by check, blah, blah". I thanked them for the reply, but asked if it were possible to set up a wire transfer for future withdrawals. I received an email in a couple of hours granting me the wire and asking for my transfer info. nh sporstbook.

Anyone have any more recent experience with checks from cake (cake main)

How long did the check take to go from pending to processed, and processed to received?

I requested a check cashout on June 1st, it is still pending (the stage where I can cancel it)

Not complaining or anything, just trying to get some idea.

Anyone have any problems in these past few days cashing out of Cake poker??? I requested a cashout to my ewalletxpress account about 72 hours ago. At the time the system generated message stated that the cashout will be processed within 24 hours. As of this writing the $$$ is still not in my EWX account. I emailed CAKE cashier/support 4 times, only to receice zero replies. THEY ARE COMPLETELY IGNORING THIS ISSUE!!! I email them w/ some b.s. questions in the same time period and get a response w/ 30 minutes. But for some reason they are completely refusing to answer my emails about my cashout. In each email I provided them w/ copy/paste from my acount showing the cashout to ewx....

Anyone who already used the ewx cashout option, how long did it take for you to see your $$$ in you ewx after requesting a payout???

Sinse they are completely ignoring my cashout requests to ewx (even though the ac history shows that the cashout was completed) and all emails addressing this issue, I am starting to worry that Cake may be having some financial problems...

I don't believe its financial problems as much as it is that they were caught off guard with the epassporte being removed. If you are talking about checks, they have now stated that they are only processed once a week, with a week I'm assuming being defined as 7 business days. I don't know what kind of times or how the ewallets work. Yes, it is a pain and i really wish they would get a new method such as Moneygram.

lol, got to feel sorry for support, dealing with morans freaking out when they haven't gotten their cashout processed in zomg 72hours!!

cake having financial problems, lol, yeah because it's so hard to turn a profit from rake when you are middle sized growing poker site with constant traffic.

You are one rude d-bag... It has nothing to do w/ freaking out, but everything to do with poor customer service!!! For me this particular case is not about the $$$. This cashout was a test of how long it takes to get $$$ off of Cake through ewalletxpress and to see if there will be any problems w/ this method. Actually I deposited more $$$ today onto this site via EWX just to make sure that they cannot give me a b.s. excuse that I first need to deposit w/ a particular method before I can use it to cashout.

What I am pissed at is that I have emailed them many times w/ specific questions, and they just plainly refuse to answer any of them. During the same time period that my ewx emails are being completely ignored, I emailed support on several occasions w/ other questions, and received an almost instantaneous response.

So how the F*** they answer the easy questions and choose to completely ignore the more important ones. I have no problem if they are experiencing some difficulties or whatever, but just let the person know what's going on. BUT TO COMPLETELY IGNORE EVERY EMAIL on this subject is just messed up.

Also, if they are as profitable as you suggest, how hard is it to hire extra cashier staff so as to keep your loyal patronage happy?!?!

Dude, epassporte is OLD news... Why the f*** when I cashed out I was told that it takes up to 24 hours? If they are experiencing difficulties or just slow at processing cashouts, how hard is it to have a different message saying that it takes up to 72 hours or whatever?!?!

you're the one who indicated that you felt that your little delay is causing you worry the site is having financial problems, hahahaha.

I've cashed out plenty of times from cake, and to me it seems they send their cashouts in bunches, every few days. So sometimes it is processed in less than 24 hours and sometimes it has taken them 4 or 5 days to process my cashout. At no time when it took 4 or 5 days did i feel the need to freak out and make claims that cake was having financial problems.

And they have always responded to my emails, even when concerning cashout delays, so can't relate to your problem there.

Maybe you should go play on ftp and request echecks, i hear they are pronto.

My point exactly, I have no problems w/ a delay as long as they would just tell me that there is going to be a delay, instead they completely ignore the issue.

The reason for my concern, besides being treated as some 3rd class citizen, is that I too have cashedout many times from Cake, except those where the epassporte days and never had problems in the past...

Hi, all.. I haven't had much money on Cake for the last few months, so I just did my first withdraw from there since before the ePassporte debacle.

Has anyoe actually attempted to make a comprehensive list of poker sites, organised by cashin/cashout methods? I'd like to see where else I can send this money before I withdraw it to my bank account

I'm presuming that it takes about the standard 48 hours for Cake to process? And anyone know how long it takes for UMW to dump it back to a bank account? It is flat $30 on that right? *i've gotten UMW and EWX confused sometimes*

d`anconia69,i understand using a particular method of moving money for the first time is touchy but id just relax.I felt the same way when my first cashout to QT took a few days. But i can assure you that it isnt uncommon for it to take a few days.Ive had it take few days like that, other times ive had it take less than a day.I know one thing, out of all us 2+2ers no one has got screwed yet so i think youll be ok.As far as emails, again, every once in awile they get backed up.Im assuming that you peeled a bunch off in rapid fashion.I wouldnt the assume that they are hiding something or avoiding you.GL.

If EWX actually works, then in your case I'd use that to fund some other sites that offer moneygram as a cashout option, e.g. Bodog. Also, Absolute does moneygram cashouts for $25 a pop...

Thanks for a reply. Like I said before, I am not worried about the money, just pissed off about poor customer service. I found a post above where it took them 4 days to process a ewx cashout, so I guess I'll just stfu, and wait. At least now I'll know what to expect in the future. On a good note, I just got an email from their support stating that moneygram will be offered any day now for deposits and cashouts. Hope that's not some b.s...

I have qt and my buddy has ewallet. we both tried to cashout on June 1 and we have gotten no where. Both of us have dealt with the same f ing BS disguised in different manners. !st my Qt. i went through the process and nothing happened so i checked with cake 4days later 4 the status. They said the QT acc# i put in was 1 #off. No notification from either group that there was aproblem(if that is even the truth) The 2nd time i must have got the # right, but still no $$. so i check w-cake they sent it--ok i check w--QT--Sorry sir we cant release any funds w-out thesed ocuments. (3days went by again no email saying there is a problem)Why i ask do u need this stuff if i am only withdrawing?to prevent money laudering . WTF? so i send the docs and follow up w-2 emails making sure my stuff is finally in "ORDER" and of course no resonce. As 4 EWalletx, my buddy xfered 5k(Like it says u can) from cp to ew. 5days go by nothing so she emails ew and is told they are only accepting 2500 a day from cake-same bs no notification until she went looking 4it. she can. pending wd w-cake and tried for 2500---no $$ yet. The only thing keeping us from going f ing crazy is some peoplr here say they are getting there $$. Both groups are horrible inmo andseem to want to just sit on our cash

I requested a check from Cake quite a while back, probably around the beginning of May. My address had an apt. # in it (I say had because I have now moved, which adds more difficulty as you'll see). I finally got an email saying it was shipped via DHL and they gave me a tracking #. I tracked it, then one day on it said failed delivery - return to sender, or something to that effect. I got on the DHL chat and they verified my address, and Cake had sent it w/o the Apt. # so I guess it was then undeliverable?? There IS an office they could have left it with.

Anyways I am pissed so I email the cake people by replying to the last email I had gotten from them regarding the check. I got a reply the next day saying:

"Hello,

Thank you for your email. I have forwarded your email to our Cashier department who will be in contact. However I would ask you to bear in mind that due to the nature of the inquiries they deal with our Cashier department’s response may not be as quick as our front line support. Thanks in advance for your patience.

Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

Kind Regards,

Sean

CakePoker Support"

This was on May 20, heard nothing from the Cashier Dept. I had forgotten about it til today. **** Cake.

i finally had my quicktender problem resolved and got my money after a bunch of bs. so now i try ewalletxpress and do a test withdrawl of $200. it clears my cake poker account the same night and instantly goes in my ewalletxpress account. the next day on 6/4 i do another cashout for over 1k and it also clears my cake poker account the same night and im still waiting for it to hit my ewalletxpress account. is it suppose to take this long? on the ewalletxpress website it says transfers from merchants are usually available immediatly once it clears them. i think i have bad luck with cashouts.
