Hey guys,

Did anyone encounter this problem when trying to validate Skrill account on Winamax ?

"In order to find these, you can go to the following page: https://account.skrill.com/wallet/ng/user-settings after which you will need to open the "Personal details" and "Verification" tabs and send us a screenshot of both the email at the bottom of the "PERSONAL DETAILS TAB" and your account verification at the bottom of the screen in a single screenshot"

You can't do this now (you could in the past)
When you open the 2nd tab, the first one closes.

When I explain this to Winamax support, they don't respond.

I just sent them this

and it was accepted. Their English isn't always perfect, and "in a single screenshot" could very well mean that the attachment you're sending must be one image only. You can probably just take a screenshot of the personal details and verifications tabs separately and edit them together in Paint - or just send two files and hope they're not that pedantic about it.
