So in 2014 I have started working with Winamax affiliate program and everything was fine and went very well, however in 2015 out of the blue they decided to close all non-French Winamax Affiliate accounts and they did that by giving like a 30 day notification (it was 30 days or even less than that).

The point is, that I was the top affiliate in my home country and collected the biggest amount of sign ups. That means that there were a lot of invited players who have made registered while my Affiliate contract was still active, but have made deposits after it was terminated (on their side nothing has changed and they still see all the statistics).

Not only a 30 day period is too short for such affiliate like me, but Winamax Affiliate support has even refused to pay at least a referral bonus for each player who has been invited while the contract was active, but have made a deposit after that period. If I would have know earlier that the closure is about to happen, I would have participated in an ''invite a friend'' program instead and received a 10 euro bonus for every such player. Also, a Winamax Affiliate staff member recently has confirmed that it is almost 300 euros that are owed to me and that guy cannot give me a decent reason of why I am not paid at least a referral bonus for every such player.

I've decided to post this since I believe I should be paid and I believe that Winamax is a decent poker room and should avoid getting into such situations, thank you.

We used to send players there, mainly french clients of ours. Still do, altho there is nothing to earn afaik.

Already a long time ago they actually started to cut affiliates despite us (and others) sending them players.
They have sent an email about this as well, long time ago, perhaps it went into your spam folder. The content was that they no longer accept affiliates from outside of france. Email didn't look personal, so likely all got it.

P.s.:
There is no reason they should have any aff-program to be fair. The french market is so small, everybody knows the sites and affiliates provide no value at all.

Of course you should be paid (if they owe) and i hope they will. But perhaps there was a lack of communcation.

It's just that in such cases they should pay affiliates since it is not an Affiliate's fault that they are making such changes and if they do, they should give like a 6-24 month period during which your already invited players could make their first deposits and you would get paid.

You have quite a naive view on this online affiliate bznz and should not assume the best, but the worst of everybody.

For your own peace of mind, don't waste any time on this. From what i understand you have no standing in this case, altho i do wish you get paid.

I am not naive nor I expect everyone to be perfect.

I am not wasting any time and making such cases public is a good thing to do.

As you already know, we ended our association with affiliates driving traffic from sources outside of France in April 2015. For this reason your affiliate account was closed in April 2015.

As is specified in the affiliate program contract you signed:

Despite no notice being necessary as stated in the contract, we nevertheless accorded up to 30 day's notice before the termination of affiliate contracts. In your particular case you were notified a little later. We sent you the email below on March 18th 2015:

We made a final payment in May 2015 for all players who made an initial deposit before April 2015. As we have explained to you on several occasions, no payment will be made for any non-French players who have made a first deposit after April 2015.

We also ask that you remove our tracking links, which you continue to use despite your affiliate account no longer being active.

Why do you always keep saying that? Why would I use your links when I am not getting paid? Even the money that I am owed.

As you can see, Winamax just confirmed everything that I said.

Winamax, at least you could count those players as ''referral'' players and pay a referral bonus which I totally deserve to get.

Also, just to let you guys know, Winamax has earned thousands, probably even tens of thousands of euros from my invited players.
