Winamax Identity statement

Hey guys,
facing a problem with Winamax.
I did verified my address in France, and Skrill account. Skrill asked to change my email for security reasons, and now to verify my Skrill account Winamax asking "Identity statement" document from Skrill. I talked with Skrill few times, they don't provide such document. I feel like in closed circle
Maybe someone know anything about that?

As you verified your address in France previously, didn't you obtain such a document previously? If not, ask Winamax where you have to go to obtain the document.
Did you move from Lithuania to France?

Yeh, sorry for disappear the problem is, I lived in France for some time, now I live in other country. They see that because my IP is not French. And Skrill providing identity statement only for people who live in France, it is what it is because of tax law 
Have to change country, or move to France and get statement.
