Hey guys,

facing a problem with Winamax.

I did verified my address in France, and Skrill account. Skrill asked to change my email for security reasons, and now to verify my Skrill account Winamax asking "Identity statement" document from Skrill. I talked with Skrill few times, they don't provide such document. I feel like in closed circle

Maybe someone know anything about that?

The e-mails from Winamax don't appear to be asking you to provide a document from Skrill, and Skrill is confirming they don't provide one. It appears to me that the "Identity statement" is something you can easily obtain from some official place in France to prove you live in France.

As you verified your address in France previously, didn't you obtain such a document previously? If not, ask Winamax where you have to go to obtain the document.

Did you move from Lithuania to France?

As far as Mantuuze is concerned, Winamax thinks he lives in France as he registered his French address with them. That's why they need the "Identity statement" from whomever in France issues them.

If he lives somewhere else in Europe he needs to tell Winamax, to resolve his "problem".
