I would like to warn everyone who plays WilliamHill online because it could happen to you. Don't play there your money is not safe. I can assure you that I have done nothing wrong or illegal.

Since 2009. I have been playing ipoker in different poker rooms. I only play MTT tournaments and I have never experienced any problems. I registered with WilliamHill in year 2015 and until now I have been only playing MTT tournaments and withdrawing some money from my account. As WilliamHill is not my only poker room that's why I play there 4-5 MTT tournaments a day, mainly 5+r or 10+r.

Finishing my latest session, I requested withdraw some of my avaliable funds from my account. Next morning my poker account was locked with a message saying I have to send an email to poker@willhill.com. Than long email conversations started, where they asked me if I know a certain player and repeatedly asked me to send them some documents. I wrote to them that I don't know any of ipoker players, I have never spoken to any of players and never done anything illegal. And I also send them all requested documents (which they had since 2015).

After a long email conversation, I received an email from them saying that my account is locked and it will never going to be reopened and all money has been confiscated because all my winnings has come from players who have been cheating. And after that no explanations or any evidence etc. shown to me.

Has anybody experienced situation like this? Does anyone have any suggestions?

People who chip dump or collude have had this happen to them before. Nearly all new posters who start threads like this end up falling in one of those categories as they deny they would never do such a thing. Would you do such a thing? Of course not!

Will Hill has been around forever and they don't do these things to steal your lunch money, so odds are they found something.

I looked at maybe a third of the hands in your link and you never really played against DonnaKaRaN post flop. Are they suggesting that you were playing in conjunction with the other player and avoiding each other?

Some hands seem like they would have been likely calls preflop with no raise like the Q/10 suited in the cutoff, but other than that it does seem innocuous. Do you have P2P history with the player? Seems like something is missing, unless it is further down in your hand history.

I am willing to cooperate with them, export my data base, give them an access to my Teamviewer etc.
But unfortunately they don't care, and no evidence. I haven't even been given a chance to proof I have done nothing wrong. This is a stealing without evidence.

The hhs don't look suspicious to me. If OP wanted to chipdump, surely he'd find a more suitable format for that than micro MTTs.

Sorry this happened to you OP, looks like a mistake or something is missing.

Are you from the same country as that villain? Perhaps he is a colluder or some softplayer and you just happened to be in the wrong place wrong time situation.

Op could have played from same internet connection as the person in question and that person did a chargeback? I know stars has banned people in the past for such things

Is there anyone who can explain what does it mean? Does it mean teamplay or has someone had an access to my account?
I have no idea if that player is from my country. And WilliamHill I have only played from one IP address and only from my own PC where noone else has an access.

Collusion means that you worked together with them during a game, like chip dump, avoid hands together, etc... It seems that the most likely thing is they are very close to you and have the same IP address. They could make the argument that you were sitting next to each other and could share cards, as an example.

It does seem very odd based on your hand history you linked and their very very innocuous wording in their emails. They should have stated that their investigation shows that you and XX were deemed to be participating in chip dumping or avoiding hands against each other....type of thing.

There really needs to be another level that you can argue your case with in matters like this. Maybe you could find their parent company and contact them directly to discuss this, instead of dealing with customer service.

I don't think that sites never give out that information so people cant' adjust. Same thing with botting and never giving out reasons how they manage to out them.

Hi I am having the exact same problem and talking to customer care. This is insulting.. do you have any email address I can forward my complaint to? Not only they blocked my money which was fairly won, but it means I have been playing in unfair tournaments where other players are cheating?
