Hi,

Is here anyone else having the same problem with William Hill or any other Ipoker skin at the moment ?

William Hill support told me that "It appears that between the systems a issue causes the deposits to be stuck".

I deposit via Trustly which should be instant. This is the 7th day im waiting now..

Today I got confirmation from Trustly that the payment has been credited successfully to William Hill yesterday. They also give me some reference number which I can give to William Hill support.

I'm ***** tired of these zero information prewrited answers what I get. Is my english really so poor that it's unclear that I want chat agent to forward that reference number to financial team? I had to wait 15minutes and still support agent failed to forward that reference number..

if there's an issue that needs manually sorting, you do realise that large chunks of the world only got back to work yesterday so there might be a backlog?

I understand that.

I have very bad intuition about this. Maybe because it's the biggest online deposit I've ever made. I'm sure there's some amount of money that would make you feel sick if it would disappear. And when you contact support the agent act like stone...

9th day of nightmare...

Problem solved. Today my account has been credited \o/

When I look at the statement the other payments are "deposit" or "withdrawal" but this one is "cash adjustment". Maybe they paid it from their own wallet ?

Anyway I'm so happy now
