I wanted to get all my HH from Will Hill to put in my database so I asked them if they could send me them via email and this is the response I got, to say the least I was very shocked. Does any over poker rooms have the same bull**** just to get some HH.

We are only able to see transactional information as the data is too much to be incorporated on the website, and in order to provide an efficient service we do not post this information. You can access this information via your Account Statement. If this information would prove useful to you please reply with your account number or username, full address and date of birth and we will willingly forward the information on.

We are able to retrieve data but an Administration charge of £10 is levied. In order to receive this information we require a formal written request that you wish this data to be pulled, together with a cheque to cover the Administration costs made payable to 'William Hill plc' to the following address:

Once we have received the Administration charge, we can pull all the data requested.
