Dear Kerry,

Thank you for contacting us.

Unfortunately, due to increased security measures imposed on us by our new
processors, we will be unable to process your pending withdrawal of $1,000.00
requested on 6/29 until we receive a copy of your valid photo ID (passport or
driver's license) and utility bill verifying your name and address. We sincerely
apologize for any inconvenience caused by this additional requirement.

If you have previously submitted this documentation for another issue related to
your account with us, you must send fresh, up-to-date documentation as the other
copies would have been destroyed after we had used them to verify the
information in question. We will request this information ONCE only and when
received it will be kept securely on file for future withdrawals.

Please fax the requested documents to 1800 201 4919 (++1-208-567-3627 if you are
outside North America), or if it is more convenient you may scan your documents,
attach them to an email, and send them to the following address:

documents@gamingsupport.net

Please ensure that your customer ID number is prominent on the fax or subject
line of the email and check the quality of your scan or fax to ensure that all
information is fully legible. Once the documentation has been fully reviewed and
approved, your withdrawal will be placed in a queue for processing and we hope
to get your funds to you within 3-5 weeks. Again, we are truly sorry for any
delays caused by this procedure.

We are always here to help you. Please feel free to reply to this email if you
have any additional questions in relation to this or any other matter.

Kind regards,

Oliver Thornton

There are two substantial violations that will get a

1. Processor, or other commerical banking enterprise
2. Bank, credit union
3. Ordinary business, such as Marvin's Pawnshop

booted OUT of the daily, ongoing, "You can send a bank wire and accept credit cards and do the usual commercial things" Federal (U.S.) banking system, which system, btw, controls the world-wide banking system.

1. Deal with terrorists, mafia types, or drug dealers.

2. Violate that nit picky small-type regulation that is published on page 37, buried in paragraph 421, of some banking protocol that they all know about, that says:

You will know your customer. If there is ANY possibility that this person is a repeat customer, or ANY possibility that this person deals in cash (and I'm telling you kid's arcades, with the coin operated games have real problems....) or ANY possibility that someone might want to drop by and take a look at your records about your customers.....(and with odds of eight million to one, somebody wins that lottery, every week, don't they?....) we will boot your *ss right on outta here, and if that doesn't work, we will boot your bank right on outta here, and if they're a small bank, we will boot their big bank right on outta here, and we really really mean it.

That regulation exists.

And yes, 'they' really really mean it. If your local small bank, in Podunk, Ohio, has regular cash transactions with Marvin's Pawn Shop, and that idiot Marvin happens to send cash overseas to his kid in college in London, England, then this statement is surely true:

Chase Manhattan Bank, one of the biggest banks in this country, is at risk of being booted out of the banking system, which will, of course, ruin the bank. And probably cause a few officers/directors to go to jail.

That's because:
1. Marvin's Pawn Shop has accounts at Cleveland Credit Union.
2. Cleveland Credit Union has accounts at Cleveland First Bank.
3. Cleveland First Bank has accounts at Chase Manhatten Bank, in New York City.

The feds will walk in (8 million to one.....agreed.....if you agree that two winners are going to happen every week. Every week.) and say to Chase Manhattan "You have a customer, named Cleveland First Bank, and they haven't been keeping up with the "Know Your Customer" regulation, and we're going to have a hearing on Monday, as to whether or not to jerk you outta the national banking system".

Are you nuts? The first thing Chase Manhattan says is "We fired them sumbetches four minutes ago. They're not our customer."

Too bad for Cleveland First Bank. But, of course, Cleveland First Bank knows it's coming, someday, and they say to Cleveland Credit Union "You have a customer who hasn't kept up with Know Your Customer Regulations. We're going to fire you." And, Cleveland Credit Union says "We fired them sumbetches four minutes ago. They're not our customer."

And, of course, too bad for the credit union. But they know it's coming, some day, and they say to Marvin (who owns the pawn shop) "We dont think we're dealing with pawn shops any more.....you guys dont keep up with the Know Your Customer Regulation". And Marvin says "Bullshet. Anybody does any business with me, I have his driver's license, I have his utility bill, I know who his mother gave a BJ to, on her graduation night". And the other side says "Prove it. We're only going to ask you about once every two years, but here's the file: Prove it."......and if Marvin can prove it, Marvin's OK for now. Not forever. Just for now.

That banking regulation is for real. Everybody's afraid of it. The consequences of violating that regulation are not remotely worth assuming the risk involved. The big banks simply will not assume the risk. As soon as somebody says "Know Your Customer Regulation" somebody's going to get fired. And everybody knows it.

And your sports book has an account. Somewhere. And one day, the damn phone is going to ring. And I got news for you.....they don't want to be fired from their bank. And here's another news flash: that bank has accounts at a bigger bank. They're ready, this minute, to fire that sportsbook, and keep their accounts at BigBank.

So here you are......and you're asking "Why the heck should I have to provide a driver's license, and a utility bill?"

Well, it's a long story. But yes, you're going to provide it, or you're going to be fired. Tomorrow.

sportsbook.com is a shady book. This has been known for years...

Stick with "A" books rated by sportsbookreview.com and you won't have these problems.

And there are also a lot of whiny little b****es who come in on their first post screaming and crying about something in a completely over the top manner when everybody already knows about the situations you speak of. Try doing a little research and educating yourself about WHY these problems exist instead of just making an ignorant post and screaming about something while doing nothing constructive whatsoever.

WAHHHHHH CUSTOMER SERVICE ISN'T ANSWERING MAH EMAILZ
