Hello my name is E-A-Z-Y-L-I-F-E at the PartyPoker tables and I have been playing PartyPoker for a few years now, so I want to tell my experience with PartyPoker in order to find possible similar experiences with PartyPoker's bad support and software.
In 2020 I started playing and apparently the software is the one everyone already knows with a little lag when opening many tables, but nothing serious honestly 1-1.5 seconds delay can be tolerated, all good except that 1 or 2 times their servers crashed and they refunded part of the lost tickets.
In 2022 I subscribe to DC with the intention to rake 100k during the next 12 months, everything excellent they give me an account manager and comes the month of August where I start to put many more tables and mix tables of 20s 50s Spins on average 10-12 tables simultaneously... Here begins the magic of PartyPoker the software starts to crash constantly, it freezes for 3 seconds and sometimes it restarts and sometimes it just closes. I ask support if their servers are working correctly and they tell me that if I do a ping test to PartyPoker servers and everything seems to be normal I have no packet loss and I report this to support and they answer me again that everything is fine and that the problem is only mine.
Well, the same problem occurred more frequently and every 2 hours after logging in I crasheaba in the same way and when I returned to complain to the support they told me that the problem was mine and that they limit their responsibility for connections to third parties is stable, as well as the internet connection and computer resources. My computer is decent enough to open PartyPoker and some other music player software, my internet is stable enough FTTH 300 MB.

As the incident was already very annoying and PartyPoker did not want to give any compensation for these constant restarts I decided to record my sessions with OBS and then send the video to my account manager when the crashes were occurring.
I kept sending many videos of these sudden disconnections and the worst came in September 2022 when the problem worsened and not only were not only crashes or restarts but in addition to this the notes and labels of the rivals were removed, when I reported this to support and account manager again did not give or would not give explanation about this, Here I decided to play regularly and race tickets as the agent payments to my account used them only to withdraw the funds in full.
By discord I was given the contact of someone who still works for PartyPoker named Melissa who also did not give any more information about it.
In all honesty there were more than 50 similar disconnections, all recorded and some with more or less time of loss, between 6-10 seconds of disconnection and for someone who plays spins this can be hell for the amount of chips you start to lose especially if you play many tables and you are in HU.
In November I talked to my account manager and he told me that in compensation for this they could extend some extra time to finish the DC, so I decided to try PartyPoker one more time and everything was fine until you start winning considerably I guess that's what I can deduce from all this.
Now the crashes were more sporadic only that the tables began to freeze, I had no option to fold, call, raise.... again report this and then the same nobody knows anything, and only the support says it's my problem and that their responsibility is limited.
I sent many evidences and they never gave more details of what was happening, if it was just my account or it was something normal in PartyPoekr, it's been more than 6 months and I still don't have an answer.

Why did I keep on playing PartyPoker ?
Basically because of the points that I have accumulated in the DC which are about 70k$ in rake which means something considerable, that is to say resigning 7K$ I imagine that nobody would want to take this decision.
.... Now I'm still waiting for an explanation one day and I can play normally hoping to finish the 100k rake, but honestly it's impossible to continue playing like this.
I sent some suggestions to the DC that at least they can deliver part of the total rake I generate but it has been denied.

All these months I did not say anything hoping that this can be solved, apparently little or nothing matters to them and in the worst case I think they know what really happens and do not want to give explanations because there are many people indirectly involved in this case that probably is very particular, it is assumed that PartyPoker is a regulated room but I do not know exactly how it works.
Finally I have knowledge in CCNA, CCNP and I have requested to PartyPoker support to do connection tests and their answer was always the same we limit ourselves to the responsibility of third parties.
