Yes, it appears to be a public-facing IP on a local network using NAT, or perhaps a web-access proxy server. It could be any employee obviously.

There's a difference between being an employee who licks their companies nuts at any given moment in their free time and an employee being paid to sit around and write good reviews of the site on forums.

I take this back after seeing Bobo's other posts. Multiple 2+2 screennames from the Cereus IP all representing themselves as regular players and referring to AP/UB as "them" and "they" and "so much better now". This is definitely an organized campaign to cleanse their image, 100% without a doubt.

There's a few accounts that were made with no posts from the IP, an actual rep, then not obvious names that post off of it.

If Bobo could confirm that the regular posters with the over the top reviews of Cereus posted off other IPs, then I'm sure they just post at home and at work sometimes. Else if they just post off the work IP, then you could have a notion towards a paid shill.

I am usually the one pointing out some of the benefits of playing on CEREUS as of today, but these morons are just sadly pathetic. Anyone w/ 1/2 of a brain would at least use a VPN or a proxy w/ a different IP adddress. This takes shady marketing ploys to a whole new level of incompetance, ignorance, and just outright stupidity.

Presumably you didn't bother with clicking on all the posters names, as I assume most people wouldn't. None of them are regular posters. Ace Belmont has the most posts, with 14 (8 of them being shill posts). Yerick's the least "shill-like", with 13 posts and only 2 of them being the ones quoted here, which weren't all that bad - I almost didn't include him. The rest of them have 4 (4), 1 (1), 4 (1), and 4 (2). Our friend Danny, who got the ball rolling, has only ever posted from the IP in question. The remainder have each made a post or two from a different IP. All but one of them registered their account from the Absolute IP.

First off, do you understand that these aren't just run-of-the-mill supporters that people like to call shills? These guys actually registered accounts and/or posted from a company IP. I can't tell you for certain that other companies haven't done that, but I haven't seen it yet. I don't think Stars would feel much of a need to anyway, seeing as they have a bunch of reps on here already, as well as a multitude of supporters.
