Where Can US Players Play? Where Can US Players Play?

Well, it's because there is already a tonne of discussion of exactly the questions you were asking already here. Rather than end up with 20 different threads discussing the same thing (that's probably low - I bet we've merged way more than that in here), it makes a lot more sense to have it all in one thread. If people are overwhelmed, they should just start with the last couple of pages.

And if this thread is 132 pages for you, you're doing it wrong.

Everleaf: Mintedpoker.eu

Of course there are few others but these are the most popular now with the best bonuses and promotions IMO.

Hi

A short correction on our URL: www.intertops.eu

Tilt, this post pretty much captures what everyone is looking for in this thread - perhaps it would be worthwhile to put this at the top of the thread (or make a new sticky) and update it every few weeks, or when something new happens (i.e., like Minted increasing their rake recently)?

I would say the things people really want to know about each room, and should be included on a new sticky for each room, are the following:
  • Cashout speed and methods available (also a good place to mention a skin with it's own cashier, like Interops)
  • Deposit methods available and which is recommended
  • Rake format or deviations from the norm
  • Do HEM and PT3 work?
  • Traffic in the US during the evenings
  • SNGs or MTTs ever fill?
  • Customer service quality

Not trying to throw work on anyone, just saying it might save you some time since you are the person that responds to these same questions over and over again in great detail (as someone struggling to figure out the new landscape, it is super appreciaited!).

Also, I asked this before, but it got buried, is there a skin like Interops on the Merge network? In other words, a skin on Merge that handles it's own cashouts and does them very quickly? Like a skin with a casino that is used to handling it's own cashouts.

2 questions for US players...

Which site has the highest amount of traffic?

Best SNGS/highest traffic for sngs?

I've been away for so long I'm no longer in the loop

EDIT: Just checked out Bodog's sng traffic, LOL. Tell me there is better out there, or is this as good as it gets...

Probably Merge and Cake network, Bodog is a stand alone, thus the lower traffic. Another option would probably be Everleaf, they slowly pick up traffic as well.

My question to the United States Poker community 7 months after the Big Poker Shutdown in the US is:

What site do you know play on?

Can you deposit and withdraw easily?

How do you like it overall?
Mintedpoker
Quick cashouts quick
Needs more traffic so come on over and give it a try.

If your looking to mass multi-table SNG's your best bet is to play on multiple Networks to help get your volume in.

I play on bodog, just opened an account on carbon. I like the software. Easy deposit, There seems to b a lot of calling stations that suck out on the river often, or I just had a bad first day!

Ditto, bodog has lousy sng. I'm not going to grind for 10 hours for 100.00. Would love to see the response to this question. I'll be looking out.

I also play on Lockpoker and Mintedpoker and doing really very well using just ABC poker. So it is a good time to increase the bankroll now playing the right poker.
Thanks, I'm going to try minted too. Overall the comments on it seem positive. Thanks again guys! Anyone cashout on carbon? And how did it go?

I just tried to make an account on Carbon and it told me it won't accept players from my state. I live in Maryland.
Will I encounter the same problem anywhere I go?

Yeah, on the whole Merge Gaming Network. Should be no problem on Everleaf (Minted) though.

PLEEEASEE ppl go to Minted. I'm sick of choosing between two NL4 and two NL10 USD tables. 90% of the site plays on the Euro side. Plenty of fish there, but the rake kills you.
10-24-2011 , 02:35 PM
everleaf - playing on minted atm, amazing cs, fast deposit/withdrawals, slow traffic
bodog - tried but didn't like
merge - doesn't accept players from ny

how reliable is cake? I've seen a few people around here claiming cake took their profits, etc. Do they let you withdraw via western union, if so, do they cover the fees (uNLHE player)? skins, intertops vs cake?

For everleaf it shouldn't take more than 4 days tops to get your money via western union. They have amazing customer service, the only thing lacking is their traffic.

Is there any difference between cake and intertops besides intertops having faster cashouts? and do both of them let you withdraw via western union with no extra fees?

You cannot withdraw via WU on Cake and Intertops.
3 months to receive a check from Cake vs 10 days from Intertops so not much difference. Cake allows one free withdrawal a month (make that 3 months) and their minimum is $500. Intertops is $50 per check. I believe the minimum is $100 or so but the fee...... Free wires from Intertops but there will be an intermediate bank fee ($35 +/-) plus whatever your bank charges to receive it.

So micro stakes players don't really have a place there do they?

Any of you guys playing limit hold'em? Seems like the only viable site is Merge? Barely any traffic at the other 3 networks, and Bodog doesn't allow you to view full tables anymore (lol) so you don't know how much traffic there is.

I think I had RB on Cake in the past through Rake Update/Reduction, which is no longer. I'm trying to figure out if there's any way to get RB on the Cake network once again?

Also, what is the best Everleaf skin and/or RB deal?

Is MInted ever going to get more players?

I have been playing online poker on and off since 2001. Was on mostly Party, then switched to Bodog, then only on Stars and FTP until that train crashed earlier this year. (Obv I am a states based player, specifically land of Lincoln).

Can someone refer me to a sticky or another thread that is relatively current that details what the post 4/15 online poker landscape is to someone in my situation? I looked but couldn't find anything detailed or current enough.

I haven't played online since before 4/15 but am thinking of getting back into it. Obviously I'll keep my BR relatively low because apparently you just never know what may happen tomorrow in this day and age. I am very knowledgeable about online poker in general, I just haven't followed all the updates and headlines since 4/15. I really don't want to read through hundreds of pages of posts about each and every site's status either, someone please just give me a Cliffs notes on which ones are still serving my market, player pools, deposit/withdraw options, etc. If some of this information is kinda kept a little on the down-low in light of the current climate and political agendas against our beloved game, you can PM me the information too if you don't want to post all the details ITT.

Thanks so much 2+2 community, you guys are great.

Minted Poker and True Poker are the two best options for fast cash outs right now. Minted poker will have a max of $1 rake on all US tables in November and December.
