Out of curiosity why do you ask? Do you play NL5 and can't beat the field and hope that NL2 pools are removed?
To your question when it comes to the biggest sites don't think they will be ever removed. They have and will always have the largest pools. And if you live in a 3rd world country like Romania you can masstable NL2 and live like a king-
