Hey all,
I have read people here complaining about the bwin programmers, but the real responsible of this big mess are the people in the board of bwin. The people who manage a gross income of roughly 420 millions of Euro (around 200 coming from Poker).
If someone gives me a yearly budget of 200 mio to develop and manage a poker server, I think I can do a little better than they are doing :-)

When so many things in a company are bad, we should not complain with the programmers or the support people (I heard someone here naming them "morons"). If a programmers team is not well managed, if the software usability is not well considered, if the support is not well organized and the people are not well trained, why should you complain with them?
Bwin is bad from any point of view (below a short list I have summed up by talking with friends who play there):
- The poker client is currently a mess
- Bonuses and promotions are not valuable
- The website usability is zero
- The Neteller cashouts sometimes are "declined" by the processor for bwin internal technical reson
- The Web Money cashouts regularely takes 7-10 days to be processed
- The e-mail support usually answers with super short sentences which never give any kind of explanation about the problems they have (sometimes they answer after several days and they never give you a feeling that they have understood what you asked, even if in fact they have)
- If you call them, you can be 100% sure that the people answering have not even a vague idea about what they are talking about (an example: a friend of mine called them because he had a problem with Web Money and after he mentioned it, the support person answered "What kind of problem do you have? You have serveral option on the __WEB__ to transfer your __MONEY__, can you explain?". Well, he did not even know what is "Web Money")

Remember, when the market is good (the Poker market is running well and bwin has a big base of customers), but a company is a mess, the fault is ALWAYS on the board. And they are in charge till December 31, 2012, which means that they can destroy the Poker side of bwin for that date.
Remember their names: Manfred Bodner and Norbert Teufelberger, with the supervision of Hannes Androsch.
I bet that these beautiful guys have never even seen the software they launched.
Moreover, I think they are probably quite arrogant as well, because the way bwin is managing all this transactions work, shows some arrogancy. They don't care about customers. They simply DON'T CARE. They want to do their nice little transaction to the marvellous P5 platform, they want to clean up their house from all the past skin and bring everything under their name. They don't care if Waiting list feature, HH configuration settings, table organizing features, are not IN. They just want to proceed with their plan. They feel pretty sure that they won't loose customers.
But this time I think they will loose customers. At least I hope this will happen.
Tell me for which reason should a player NOW play on bwin? Please, tell me just 1 single reason to play there and not on another server.
