Has anyone seen a tournament history that actually has the tournament number (and not just the hand number) in it?

This is awesome!

From bwin site:

"bwin Poker Features

(...)

Sit & Go queues

Queues are used when you want to register for a Sit & Go tournament which has not started yet. As soon as enough people have signed up in the queue, the tournament begins.

Example: You want to play in a 5-seat No Limit $20 Sit & Go tournament. So you find a “Texas $20 5-player” tournament with the status “0/5 players” in the list of queues and click register. The queue status now changes to “1/5 players”. As soon as four more players have registered in the queue, a table is created and you start playing in the Sit & Go tournament.

At the same time the queue status returns to “0/5 players”.

(...)"

No waiting list for cash games but SnG have "Sit & Go queues" !!!!

wtf ?!?

Nice find.
Wow they invented a sit and go where you seat, you wait for the table to fill up, then the tourney go !
I wonder how much time before stars and tilt steal this brilliant idea from ongame.
Perhaps then they will invent a wheel that is not a square* (*I guess this expression sound silly in english) and then they'll discover fire.

One of my main problems with ongame in the past is that whenever i would play more than 4 tables it would get super laggy (anyone else have this problem?). I played 6 for a while on the new bwin software tonight with no probs. If I can get ten goin on the new software I'm gonna be f'in pumped.

I agree with almost all the other criticisms so far, but they can probably be fixed pretty fast if ongame gets their heads out of their asses. I think this could be a positive change long-run.

Almost every single feature people are whinging about in this thread is absolutely awesome.

No timebank - no multitabling nits and other turtles. Awesome!
No waitlist - no shortstacks and bumhunters. Balanced tables, awesome!
No betpot button - no valuebetting fish. Beyond awesome!

Bad cards and table graphics? Who cares. Give it a week or two, someone will release a mod.
Can't size tables? Use place mint, works like a charm.

Bunch of whingers, get a clue. This looks like the best piece of software on Europe atm, even if half the good stuff is there purely by accident. The only thing I regret about is the top up function. But it can't be too difficult to implement with an AHK.

jesus ongame had like over 2 fken years to get this software ready.. And it comes with no wait lists, no proper pot buttons, no mouse bet scrolling!!! and no waitlists what a joke.

Why couldn't they just lease a license from stars to get their soft.

Including the fact that they screwed up the hand histories for tournaments so that it is almost impossible to link hands from MTTs or MT-SNGs together for stats tracking?

That's epic fail in my book and I don't play that many SNGs.

One more important thing: Poker Points are not accumulating (at least at BWIN), so if they wount fix it fast, some people might not complete there active bonuses in time..and in general, playing without bonus codes is a waste..

Why they fix whats not broken? The old software was great...the only downside was that historys where saved in .db format

Any software changes on any site are null unless graphic hand histories are added like on ipoker, merge and cake network.

Yeah playing at bwin. Got some points yesterday but not today. But thats more or less standard with old software as well, so I guess I get them sooner or later.

Starting to like the new client to be honest. The only real downside for me is the slowrolling showdowns and super slow allin moments.

News flash - New client release
As you are all probably well aware we have recently deployed our new poker client. Unfortunately we are currently experiencing some issues that we are obviously working very hard to resolve. These issues are as disappointing to us as they are an inconvenience to you and for this we would like to apologize.

Our new poker client by design will allow us to add features and carry out maintenance in a much more responsive and agile manner. So we are looking at releasing functional additions shortly with minimum disruption.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank those of you who have given, and are giving us, constructive feedback. Your feedback enables us to best evaluate which updates are the most pressing from the player perspective.

Looking for Mini-Tables?

Table resizing is simple and instant. Just drag the table to the required size with your cursor.

Adding full screen?

We would like to thank you for your feedback and add that we are working on a full screen feature that will be available very soon.

Looking for waiting lists?

Unfortunately waiting lists are currently unavailable. We are working hard to include them in a future release. In the mean time, use quick seat (found when clicking the bwin logo in the left corner) or the lobby filters to find the tables you are looking for with availability.

Tables popping up?

We are working hard to add the function that will allow you to deactivate this pop up.

How many players are online?

The number of players online can be found at bwin poker home page.

The lateral panel is one of things I most hated at Betfair for instance. How much time they invested in this software? More than a year I believe. Why they didn't learn from good user interphases like PokerStars, FullTilt or Absolute? I can't even wait to see how much it clogs the processor.

I cross my fingers

Frankly I am very disappointed with this update, there are numerous basic errors and changes they have made excluding the bugs they are trying to fix now.

To start with they have changed the colours of the chips from standard casino colours to their own , they are not very appealing and on top of that at low stakes games they use 3 stacks of 7 pink 1 cent chips with 1 stack of 4 pink 1 cent chips to represent a 25 cent bet. It is completely impossible to look at a stack and determine how much it is without the figure next to it. Plus it looks terrible and unprofessional

Also the value of the pot is printed halfway over the chips representing the pot and is not clearly visible or easy to see quickly, also they no longer have the pot value or bet size represented in the box where we click fold, check, bet etc...

The tables can be resized but when you resize to the smallest the boxes with the player names overlap their cards on the table for those players on the bottom of the table and its very difficult to quickly judge who is still in the hand, when you are multitabling and using small tables this is quite important, so the resizing option for me is useless. Also we can't move the new chat box around, even though it is designed better, it only seems to open on the right side of the table.

Another thing they've done is slow down the dealing when players are all in which was needed, but now there is a 5 second wait for the river card, which is way too much.

One of the things I liked about OnGame before was its fast gameplay, now they've introduced swirling cards when we are dealt or when you fold which look slow and cumbersome and when we bet our remaining stack numbers scroll around like a poker machine to reveal what we have left, we have to wait a second to see how much someone has left behind after they bet, it's unnecessary and really annoying imo.

They have done some good things, but overall these things I mentioned have really turned me off and I'm not going to stay if things don't change

that's my 2 cents!
