What happend is that you made the mistake of trying to play at OnGame.

I cant be the only one who thinks that no waitlists is awesome???

On the old software it could sometimes take ages to get a session going and starting tables was a pain because all the regs just sat 12 deep on a waitlist like cowards.
Now its quick and easy to get on the grind and at least this software doesn't give you the "this seat is reserved" bs.

Theres a lot wrong with this update but if you put in a little work yourself you can mod the tables and use placemint so its not so bad.

Also wtf with the private tables? I never went near them but were people using them to keep fish isolated? If so then good riddance.

I told my skin I was moving unless they reverted back or made significant improvemnts. I got this in reply.

But Ongame will make some improvements to the new client!

this happened to me also (see my earlier post). I have now recieved my $ back, so contact your support and it'll be fixed in 24 - 48 hours.

I really think everyone should email the support of his skin and wirte a review and suggestions/improvements/wishes ... etc.
Thats the least everyone should do.

Also sent them an email regarding all the problems but I dont think the problems can be solved under a month so i think im gonna switch networks for now....

well to be constructive just contact support and don't get your hopes up. I doubt anyone can fix the problems you have by just offering advice here.

it is now able to see the cards of your opponent or you in the handhistory even when the hand DIDNT GO TO SHOWDOWN AND NOBODY SHOWED THE CARDS!!!!!!!

I have the weird feeling that Im missing money.........I dont check my balance every time I start playing, but very often when a table crashes it feels like my balance dropped, even though I had a positive session.

I made 450$ this week and I really think I only been credited for half of that. Actually I might have been credited for the full amount but Im pretty sure I lost a full buy in whenever a table crashed......

Ill be checking every time from now on, and if Im missing a single penny Im out.

sorry guys, but that`s nothing new at ongame. I was playing there for the last 12 months and it was always that way. Actually a nice feature, even though I sometimes want to hide the cards myself.

BTW: I get more and more used to the new client and I love that they have no waiting lists. It`s perfect: U identify the the fish when u played some hands and just take position on the fish. Earlier the tables where blocked by Regs in the waitinglists.

Of course there are some major bugs, especially regarding the playing speed, but hopefully they will fix it soon and everything will be fine

2 hours ago i'd finished with 3 nl50 HU matches. i won 2 stacks but my poker balance is lower for $100. and still no reply from bwin's support to my email where i'm asking for my money.

You could always see which hands your opponent 3bet preflop with or stole the blinds etc. ? No way.

Because this is your own hand history, you can see your hole cards, but only you. Other player should not be able to see your hole cards if you muck them or if the hand doesn't go to showdown. If you do see another players cards, please take a screen shot and send it to us as it should not happen.



So everybody has his own hh now. never heard that before.


But unfortunately there are some issues cause i was able to see the hole cards of my opponent. So if anybody is experiencing this, please send the hh to your support, cause i consider this a very important bug.

I just noticed it is not every mucked hand, what determines whether the cards are in the history (anyone want to take a guess?)

I see the cards in none of the hands. Not mine, not the villains.

I sat on a table and could see non showdown holecards of hands played before on that table without even posting a blind/play a hand.
