Hey I live in New Zealand and ive got some money in a Neteller account which i wish to cash out. Ive just found out i wont be able to just transfer it to a bank account and i dont think international cheques are a good plan.


What do you guys think is the most reliable/safest way of getting money out?

Some people use neteller's member-wire, email them for info.

Ive personally used this a number of times and it was really quick and no hassles. I cashed out to a Commonweath Bank Account in Australia and the monies arrived the SAME DAY.

Gary gets a small commission paid by pokerstars etc and I can only guess that they do this because its easier to cut checks and saves them the hassle.

Now, I suggest you read up and do your research. There are a few aussies veteran posters over in Microstakes limit land who can also vouch for Gary Bensons service. I assume it all goes as smooth for NZers. Do what I did, research his service as much as you like and if necessary do a small cashout first to test the waters, so to speak

ps I used to use partys bpay withdrawals and they worked fine but were slower and I think they recently put in the fees so I dont use them anymore.

Im in wellington, I do it via prima. The bank wires reach me in 2-3working days always.

You really don't have anything to worry about with international cheques from well known companies, I have received cheques from Neteller, Stars and FTP, and never had a problem.

Is this something new? I have been looking for information as to why this is not possible, can OP please PM me a link or post the source of this? Thanks

Neteller have a new card which should allow you to withdraw money from ATM's. That's how I used to withdraw from them with the old card.

If you transfer to stars you have to get the same cover in FPP points as the amount u wish to transfer so that wont help you.

You need to certify your account at neteller to be able to order the Neteller card which takes about 3 weeks (1 week to certify and then 2 after requesting the card)

if you email memberwire@neteller.com and ask how to withdraw they will tell u (quickly it costs $13`US plus exchange and takes about 5 working days)

I generally use gary as i play on stars alot but when i dont i use party, a few hours play and they let you do anything

I play mainly on Fulltilt and I just used Gary Bensons service for the first time. It looks great and it will probably be my preffered payment method from now on.

Hey just got an email from Gary Benson after my first transfer. The fee was 4.92% when the quoted fee was 2.5% as i was proccessing the transaction. Is this a typical fee?

i've also used gary benson, but now prefer party's bpay system (I've always assumed for no good reason that the australian bpay system interfaces with NZ bank accounts)
