I first signed up to pokerstars in 2005 and was playing full time from 2007 to 2010, since then just recreationally. The customer service at Stars used to be second to none. Now it's a joke... and don't even get me started on the rakeback which is just insulting.

I moved house, they asked me if I moved and I told them 'yes' and sent the documents they requested. Over a month later (having had my account frozen for this time) they send me another email (having ignored my emails in the mean time) asking for another document!

I obviously need another site to play on. Where should I play that gets reasonable volumes of traffic (I'm on Central European Time) and doesn't freeze your account for over a month without notification or response to emails.
