When people say they are playing in “app games,” what exactly does this mean? What apps are they referring to?

"App Games" are referring to poker sites that are primarily played on phones. They are on the Apple App store, and Google play store. These sites run off a Club/Union model, and require you to deposit and withdrawal through an agent, or the Club/Union itself.
Pokerbros, ClubGG, PPPoker, Upoker, and Pokerrr2 are all types of "App Games". Only play on Clubs/Unions that are trustworthy, and have a decent amount of players on them, unless you know the Owner of said Club/Union.
