i sent a western union deposit to pokerstars 2 days ago. it was exactly according to their instructions, i entered my MTCN, the $ was picked up and but never credited to the account. after numerous email stonewalls, i've finally reached a phone rep, and she admitted this happened on a wider scale and they are in the process of figuring out what happened. basiclly, someone "a 3rd party vendor" picked up the PS deposits from WU and they don't know how it happened. I am still waiting for them to get back to me today for an update but the deposit is still missing.
They admitted it happened to other players at the same time so if any readers are in the same situation, please let me know. Also just wanted to give the rest a heads up.
