after sending them my ID-Card now im waiting for more than a week for my money.

i tried to withdraw my winnings from a MTT to neteller

through google i have found a couple of posts that they have not paid some affiliates for bringing them players

they are not answering to my emails since a few days-so i`m afraid that i won`t get my money

anyone else have problems with them ?

any ideas what i can do to get my money ?

Really, wtf, the skins might be independent and ****, but this just can't be good. Ppl aready talking that BetMost could be starting to get in trouble too.

Call again and ask what is going on, if they saying they have passed the document, ask for somebody else, if they refuse so, demand somebody in charge, etc... put some pressure on them.

Not with cashouts but they didnt pay my bonus ($10 each 1K Points).

This ipoker skin exited my country of residence. I sent in documents to verify my account in order to cashout, and after about a week of frustrating encounters with the horrible support they have, I'm willing to call this a scam.

Documents clearly showing what they asked for have been sent in multiple times, and they delayed in approving until today when they told me it was declined.

I'm not sure what other action I can take. Will contact their regulator even though I doubt itll do much.

Please stay away from them.

I have played at Winner for like 5 years, raked like 20k and I am second highest level VIP.
Everything was fine until they outsourced the RB operation to PokerBills.com. This site shows you how much you have raked and how much you get RB. Problem is I am not getting the money on my Winnr account.
When I gave called Winner nobody can help me. They have different departments and they dont communicate. Phone reps cannot see documents, nobody knows what is wrong with RB and management cannot be reached.
Pokerbills promises to answer within 24 hours. I have sent them like 10 emails during a month, not a single answer. And the rakeback should be paid weekly. This time i Have waited over two weeks and dont know how long i have to wait, this time. Last time was the same, but longer.
I hope the site gets bad pulicity and maybe makes some changes.

pokerbills.cpm is the site responsicle for rakeback. winner poker dont know anything.

done that , no joke. ive called them like 30 times.
