Warning! PartyPoker withdrawal services are awful! Warning! PartyPoker withdrawal services are awful!

Hello everyone!
I just want to share my story to prevent others from doing the same mistakes as I've done. So this is what happened:
In the beginning of January I decided to withdraw 170 USD from my 300 USD br, it is not a lot of money for me but I had been grinding it up from 40 bucks and I felt pride.
I decided to withdraw my money through the Direct Bank Transfer method. But by some reason PartyPoker thought something was wrong with my bank account information (although I had checked everything with my bank and I have also made plenty of withdrawals from PS with the same information) so they cancelled the payout but the still charged me a ridiculously high "transfer fee".
I didn't want to lose even more money by trying to repeat with the same method so I decided to withdraw my money through the Ukash method.
However, after I had confirmed my withdrawal in the software nothing happened. After one week I sent a mail to PP support but I didn't recieve any answer. Four days later I sent a new one. Two days after that, I recieved a mail in which they asked me to provide some further information. Then it took a week or so before I recieved a new mail in which they said I had already recieved my voucher.
I answered them that was a lie and asked them to send me my voucher number. They didn't respond and I kept sending them mails for some weeks. Yesterday I finally recieved a mail with a Ukash voucher.
BUT GUESS WHAT? IT WAS A FAKE CODE. A Ukash code is always 19 digits and starts with 633, my code contained 50 digits and started with some letters.

This is crazy! How can they treat customers like this?
