I noticed they pushed a software update yesterday and the option was gone after that. Support told me it was a software bug and would be fixed soon - the option is still available if you go to the cashier -> reports -> rake-o-meter.

I started to play paynorake 1 month ago. When I am playing aproximately 10 minutes, the site stop working and I have to close it with the task manager. I couldn't play yet...

Any idea why this happen? I play 7 sites and I use partycaption, betpot, TN and never had any problem until I started playing here. Anyone has the same problem? How could I fix it?

but this software has some weird allin protection. if someone loses his connection, he will make the showdown and will win whatever is in the pot when he lost the connection.

so some people just disconnects when they cant call the allin bet ( like lets say there is 3 diamonds on the board and he has set and i go allin) he just disconnects and can see if he hits the fullhouse or not. he will win the money what was in the pot before he disconnects.

this is so wrong and i have lost a lot of money because of this. i did report all these players to support and they told me they take this very serious but these same regular cheaters are playing there every day.
