More info...i have now been waiting for a payment due for commission from July and still no money. this site is awful for payments including the bull they give you when you ask why your not paid. 100% the worst I have ever experienced in over 12 years of online poker.

I waiting for a payout of 3000$ from moneybookers, live support said me that was need from 48 up to 72 hours, but I requested payout last wednesday and I still don't receive it to moneybookers because money are still in my account as a pending payout...
Do you think that I will don't see my money ever?

I deposited just a thousand a couple months, ran it up to 10k over 3 weeks or so. Maximum w/d with neteller is $2,500 and I got it 3 times within 2 weeks. That first time, I tried to withdraw my whole balance but they cancelled it (w/o sending me an email) since the maximum is 2.5k. I would not say that site is as safe as stars by any mean but I saw a lot more scummy things on iPoker or even OnGame.

These guys are clowns. They owe money from November! When asked when the money will be paid I was told 'no realistic timeframe has been provided'.

Are they taking the p**s. Seriously if you are thinking about Playing here I would 100% reccomend not doing so as you may be waiting for over 2 months in the hope of getting your money!

I would like to keep this thread alive but with so few players using the network I guess not many will be effected by this news.

Ive been a fairly regular player on Tiger Gaming since 2003 which is on the same network.
from time to time they have some delays. I've never seen one this long before however. In the end I believe you will receive your money, as I have never been denied my funds.

Thats why stick to stars or FTP man

this network is very juicy and had great weekly reloaded bonuses. Hence why Ive played there so long. I also play on Stars, but really, its full of euro and canadian donks

The day 24th of December of 2010 I made a withdraw request and still no money.

After many days of delay, I talked to support and I was told:
"We do apologize for the delay, we will send an urgent request to operations".

Many days later, I talked again to support and I was told the same:
"We do apologize for the delay, we will send an urgent request to operations".

After waiting some more days, I sent an e-mail myself to "operations@actionpokernetwork.com"
The day Friday 8th of January, they replied me:
"Your payment will be processed as soon as possible within the next 48 to 72 business hours."

I waited much more than those 72 business hours, and they lied to me, because the transaction is still pending.

I've been waiting 24 DAYS so far, instead of the 48h-72h (excluding weekends) time expected.

I think we all should send a complaint to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. Maybe they do something about this:

Email received Monday. Payment will be made tomorrow. Today is Wednesday so I can only assume their week goes Monday, Wednesday, Thursday etc. So shady, so many deflected answers and why can't they withdraw in a few days rather than months. Never an honest answer to this point.

I have been waiting 16 days for my cashout as well now. I just sent the Kahnawake Gaming Commission a lengthy complaint. I highly suggest that everyone do the same, as these guys at PayNoRake dont give a tinker's cuss and take their time for payouts. Every other side I play on pays out within 1-2 busyiness days, if your lucky you will get a payout in 7 days with these guys. Usually it takes more than 2 weeks fo me!!
