so i dont know why they just jumped that range of pending withdrawalls..

i don't believe any one gets paid, because when i checked with the support, the official answer is that no pending withdraw has been processed because we are waiting for the actual time frame.

I am thinking resume my legal action to against the action poker.

No, not that far yet, I was in process to hire a lawyer, then i stopped...when that famous "matter of few weeks" statement present to the whole poker world.

Also, I am waiting for a $2000 withdrawal since June or july 2012 and my transaction # is something around 47**** something i think, so thats odd that they are skipping transactions.
I am wondering if alot of us are not getting paid out yet due to the fact that we are no longer playing on the site. I am withdrawing all of my funds with this last $2000 and havent played on the site since i requested the withdrawal. But when i made a withdrawal of only part of my funds, about a month or 2 before this one( in may ), i got paid out the $1800 in about 3-4 months.

Is everyone else who is experiencing the long waiting time also not playing on the site anymore?

Also, here is the reponse I recieved my email i sent to support about other people getting paid before me, when they requested their withdrawal months after me....

As you may know we as support don't actually handle payouts and are thus unfortunately unable to give you a reason as to why a player received his funds when he requested a withdrawal in January. As of yet we don't have a time frame for withdrawals but, as soon as we do, we will inform you.

I was playing when i wait for the withdraw, I sent email to the support, it replied that they proceed the withdraw by the sequence. That is what i have been told. I think i still might have that reply.

No matter what, the issue will need to be resolved for all players, the poker network has been providing all kinds of B$ for the purpose of misleading or cheating the players for more money. Players like me have given more than even enough benefit of doubts. They can approve i were wrong by simple fulfill the statement of "the withdraw issue will be resovled within matter of few weeks"

Well, all I know, they closed my friend's account on BOL, and SBR helped him. In the end he got the money.

I believe that's because they have a connection with BOL specifically. That said, it probably wouldn't hurt...also might be worth seeing if Casinomeister can help.

I made a complaints to Curacao Egaming back to jan 16, 2013 but i have not heard any thing back. If action poker is under Curacao Egaming, where can I make complaints about Curacao Egaming since it is not taking any action against action poker when there are so many compliants or issues.
