got same answer again:

Thank you for contacting us again.

As you have been told, JIH unconditionally guarantee past and future payouts.

There was a sizeable backlog of pending payouts and we are getting all numbers and details up to date.

We are working as fast as possible and payments should start at any time soon.

Then we kindly request to let us work and the results will be visible for everyone.

Payments Department

Got the same answer as you, this company is not serious at all and they are just trying to win time, i find it pretty humiliating that they dont even take time to actually read what we are asking for:

We can also tell them in the chat, that we want them to send a spokesman. We cant except this anymore, i mean they are acting pretty damn arrogant right now and have done so for months. And dont forget to tell the chat that you dont except robot/standard answers. We have our rights to complain and even if their intention is to to solve the withdrawl issues (which i personally doubt by now), its still not acceptable to have to wait 2-3months, i mean i/you could be in a desperate financial situation and then recieving those standard answers is an insult and beyond bad behaviour towards their customers.

So you are going to demand non-robotic answers from a robotic support? Sorry, but not very optimistic. If we are going to get our money it's when they decide to cash it out, not because we apply pressure on the support staff. And no way are the going to send a spokesman. In case you haven't understood yet they dont give a flying f.ck about how we feel about the whole situation. Sounds grim but based on what we have seen that seems to be the truth.

Huh im asking for that all the time and then they are answering "for real" and sitting down without doing anything will not change anything, i mean how long do you think they need to pay????? Im pretty sure that they will not pay any money anyway to be honest.Been blaming that backlog for 2 months now, but you will not pressure them, lol.If you gonna wait you gonna wait a looooooooooooooooong time, its not more than right to pressure them imo since we havent got an answer when we will recieve the money and they have had alot of time to do that, so they dont need any more time, they need to act ffs.

How exactly do you intend to "pressurize" them? You think forming various types of questions and demands at live chat or mails to Chico support is pressurizing them? Do they feel pressurized while copy-pasting their robotic replies? Do you think it's some kind of boss or team leader there, who feels deeply troubled for you pressurizing him?

No, it's a low income support worker who is hired especially to send those auto-replies to guys like you to keep them busy. You realize that it takes far more energy for you to send them your enquieries than for them to answer those, right? You blame me for wanting to sit and do nothing. No, I don't want to wait. I want my money. All I'm saying that the kind of "pressurizing" you suggest has the same effect as waiting - none. That's how things are, sorry for not being as naive as many people here. Don't kill the messenger.

I think there are things we could do about the situation, like complaining to affiliates as someone mentioned earlier. But that's a dangerous path, and if we choose to take it there's no way back. Sure let's start to "warn" people at chat, let's contact the affiliates to make them ditch the Chico network... And see our accounts banned for slander and, hmm collusion or chipdumping for example. I think it's one option we have but it should be the last resort, the one we use when we are sure that we won't get paid. I'm waiting for at least the end of this week.

You go ahead and "demand" for a spokesperson. Lol, I can imagine if he really showed up: "I understand your concern and I can assure that we are working around the clock to process the withdrawals."

You were the one using the word pressure which me myself wasnt thinking of lollol, but i do think doing nothing is terrible, but maybe your handling situations by doing nothing and that might work perfectly for you. Because your basically saying that doing nothing is the best option, but hey just wait another week.

Lets try to disintegrate this discussion into comprehensible parts, shall we:

1. Talking to live support and Chico support = doing nothing.

Do we agree on this one? You do understand that talking to them is completely useless, no?

It would be better uf you came up with some suggestions instead of complaining.Trying is always the best way to go obviously. And your using words that i never used like "demanding", "pressuring" etc. I think its pretty obvious we have our rights to ask for some spokesman, thats not asking for much after 2-3 months of waiting lol. We cant tell if its not working until we tried, right?? But if we dont do anything, that will never work.
Its not about pressuring , its about providing information to the customer, which they havent,as simple as that.

Dude, not sure if serious. Yes you didnt use "pressurize" but you used "pressure" as "applying pressure" several times, its right there in your posts.

You say we dont know if we dont try... Yes, but we have tried numerous times, all of us, we have all talked to live support and sent letters to Chico. And what do we have? Nothing. And based on that I say that talking to those guys is a waste of time and energy. Im not complaining Im just telling how it is.

Jake, anything against saying where you from.
I just wish to know if you are from USA, since imo if the network is about to pay there might be some sort of a delay when transferring the payouts for the group of people outside USA or perhaps the contrary.
