Wondering how many are having the same problem?

I requested two wires on the same day from FTP in mid-feb. I have emailed blackcard support 4-5 times now and receive the same generic response ("were working on it").

I know a few ppl that are having the same issues, but wondering if this is widespread.

Another player foiled by the support monkeys at FT... must be a banana shortage on the Isle of Man.

Why would starving Pokerstar's CS people affect FTP?

Lol... you're right I got my Channel Islands confused, the REAL banana shortage is on Alderney. Also, I may have been a bit ungenerous in describing FTs support staff as 'monkeys', I probably should have said chimps instead.
