This is my first time posting so hopefully the links to the photos are done properly . I got third place in a bounty tournament , but was only sent a partial amount of what it said I won . After days of emailing back and forth with poker stars and them saying it was all good and I was paid properly they sent this email . How common is this ?

So what happened was after that tournament I didn’t check my cashier for a day or two , and realized back then that the amount it said I won was not equal to the money added into my account

Why don't you just check from the tournament lobby what you won? Or ask playing audit from stars. Never heard of visual bug but 100% you get paid what you were suppoused to get paid. Allso remove your email from the screenshot.

Wel this is weird I can see every tournament going back to October 3rd , but for some reason I can’t see 16.50s from October 16th which just so happens to be the date of the tournament in question

perhaps this is something to do with early payouts?

You get instantly credited min-cash as soon as you make ITM.
