As I told management, all of our calls were recorded. So, yeah, think about it before reneging.
If you have something to say, you need to say it. You aren't going to win any converts by resorting to blackmail.

I am not trying to win any "converts" nor am I attempting to blackmail them. The managment of SwC and myself made a deal regarding the specifics of this situation. I have upheld my part of the deal and I expect them to do the same, which so far, they have not.

This is one of the best things about SwC. Plenty of wild action.

Don't know and have no way of knowing. But he put a resume out looking for work that supposedly stated all the coding he did for Seals. Some people say he exaggerated how much he did. This whole thing about SWC has become somewhat convoluted with the fran the man imitator. On the bright side, the rep did admit in another thread that he had handled the situations wrong and that he was not a PR guy but a developer, maybe there is some hope that they can turn things around.

I actually spoke to hdev about this topic he claimed dutch had very little to do with the programming of old maven seals. Whoever posted in this thread from seals did a pretty poor job shedding light on the cheating that was done by kunty kunter. Can't say if banned for colluding? That is completely ridiculous. Old seals support would out that info and reimburse people if ever seized accounts with chips of suspected cheaters. No word on what current support does.

A poker player named KaLiPoker calls out JoanL226 who stakes players in all the big tourneys at SWC Poker. Before the tourney Joan announces all of the players she staked and to collaborate on yahoo messenger. They split the profit by the amount of people she stakes. No one else ever wins the tourneys at the site. When reported to the SWC Poker staff 'Glitch', they are buddy buddy and he mutes KaLiPokers chat. He mutes many people for no reason and is a very moody moderator. I do not recommend playing at this site since your money is not safe and all game play is rigged by scammers. They also allow multiple poker accounts from the same people without penalty. BEWARE AND DO NOT PLAY AT SWC POKER due to Glitch staffer not taking cheating seriously and muting players if you are not in their select poker club.

Please see image links below for conversation of cheating with Joan and Glitch staff at swc poker. Glitch then talks about dabbing marijuana and smokeouts. Is this appropriate for staff members for a legit poker gambling site?

This is absolute bull****. What he quoted is last longer pools. Everyone can participate, send some chips to Joan and she pays the last one in the tournament, free of charge. It's a fun way to raise the stakes a little bit for people who choose to do so.

Kali got perma muted because he was an ******* to everybody and he's now slandering people out of spite. Good riddance.

I know for a fact SWC is scuffed at the very least. I was playing OFC pineapple on that site and when I was playing my screen flashed and I could see the other players hole cards. It was only temporary and just for 1 hand but the fact that that happened tells me the site isn't secure at all. I always thought it was fishy as hell. I would make a monster hand and somehow someone would make another monster miracle hand in the same hand. But when the other players hole cards showed up on my screen while the hand was in progress that was enough for me. Haven't played on there for years after that.

Anyone know what ever happened with this or anything that came from this situation?

(I've just read through this whole thread now)

Similar things have happened to me on the SWC tables. Bryan Micon is a cheater, and a scammer. The people that have taken over the site were appointed BY HIM. He took full ownership once SWC 2.0 began. The BBJ is a ploy to regain the traffic they've lost over the years due to him consistently cheating players. Once traffic picks back up and a new wave of ignorant players arrive, the cheating will resume. There is no reason to play at this site. You are lighting money on fire.

Care to show literally any working, reasoning, or evidence for any of the above?

This.

Those are some pretty huge accusations to be leveling without a scintilla of proof.

There’s a slight possibility that users w less than 5 posts in the last month of this thread may be the same person who was recently banned from the site. I’ve no idea what they were banned for, or whether the ban was justified. But I’m working towards my PI license so

Ironically, the same MAing poster rails about and that is allowed by the site bc they don’t require id/dox and could therefore never enforce it (though it’s disincentivized bc rakeback is determined by your lifetime rake), allows banned players to re join the site and party on
