I have been accused of using AI recently on 888 , they have blocked my account the only reason they give is "During a security check on your account we have been alerted to suspicious activity indicating that the use of Artificial Intelligence may be involved."
, I mainly play cash I have been given no further information and all I can think is that I am
being mistaken for a bot?
I use Holdem manager and no other software , a look through my hand history
would show that I am a very small winner over 110k hands a win rate of 0.68
bb/100 .
I have also mistakenly folded hands that I should of played on occasion and
cant see why I would be seen as using some form of AI , I have used chat on
occasion and many times played badly that I would think a bot would not do,
I have also have timed out multiple times also something I believe a bot
would not do .
I play a lot of hands but have had the time since the lockdown .
and no more explaination than "the use of Artificial Intelligence may be involved"
