Been playing on this site a couple of months.
So far I've made one withdrawal, that went fairly smoothly.
Yesterday I made a withdrawal for $4000. Do the standard practice.
Click withdrawal page.
Type amount 4000
Click withdrawal button.
I assumed I would get an additional page asking for which cryptocurrency and what address, aswell as a confirmation page.
WRONG. The address gets auto generated, and the coin gets auto chosen by them.
All I get is a page saying withdrawal process pending.
I check the address. Its a ripple address that I don't recognise. I check all my wallets with every exchange I have. Nothing matches.
Obviously, I look in cashier and want to cancel pending withdrawal. They manually do withdrawals so this shouldn't be an issue.
Nowhere in the software do they have cancel pending withdrawal.
I frantically sent emails to support to cancel withdrawal. I receive auto generated responses that the withdrawal request is successful and should be done soon.
This obviously makes me more anxious, so I send emails justr asking to cancel withdrawal and put the money back into my account.
They basically tell me 'No can do'. Talk to your payment processor.
What an absolute load of ****. Actual incompetence and negligence from this site is beyond comprehension.
I've contacted my affiliate, contacted support, and contacted twitter, and got nowhere so far.
Can 2+2 help me. This should be basic to do. Next thing I might do is go to Brad Owens, or some influencer, as this is beyond dumb!

I tried to withdraw $500 last week and got declined. I hope for you there system just ****ed up and the $ are somewhere.
It is no secret that they are having massive problems at launch and up to now.
I am an affiliate who has dealt with numerous issue managing players.
One of the players has sent funds to an address they provided and the deposit just went missing on their end. After 2 weeks of emailing back and forth they just said "Sorry you have sent to the wrong address" and the player is responsible, no refund issued. I tell the players to always make a screenshot of the deposit page where the deposit address is visible so it can be used for proofs later.
There are also issues where a canceled cashout does not get deposited back into the account.
It seems like their payment processor is experiencing technical issues and bugs.
I also want to point out that WPTGLOBAL puts winnings players into hidden pools where they can't access the limits where they won big amounts. My player's account currently has that problem while other players have normal tables.
