Been playing on this site a couple of months.
So far I've made one withdrawal, that went fairly smoothly.

Yesterday I made a withdrawal for $4000. Do the standard practice.
Click cashier.
Click withdrawal page.
Click cryptocurrency.
Type amount 4000
Click withdrawal button.

I assumed I would get an additional page asking for which cryptocurrency and what address, aswell as a confirmation page.
WRONG. The address gets auto generated, and the coin gets auto chosen by them.

All I get is a page saying withdrawal process pending.

I check the address. Its a ripple address that I don't recognise. I check all my wallets with every exchange I have. Nothing matches.

Obviously, I look in cashier and want to cancel pending withdrawal. They manually do withdrawals so this shouldn't be an issue.
Nowhere in the software do they have cancel pending withdrawal.
I frantically sent emails to support to cancel withdrawal. I receive auto generated responses that the withdrawal request is successful and should be done soon.
This obviously makes me more anxious, so I send emails justr asking to cancel withdrawal and put the money back into my account.
They basically tell me 'No can do'. Talk to your payment processor.

What an absolute load of ****. Actual incompetence and negligence from this site is beyond comprehension.
I've contacted my affiliate, contacted support, and contacted twitter, and got nowhere so far.

Can 2+2 help me. This should be basic to do. Next thing I might do is go to Brad Owens, or some influencer, as this is beyond dumb!

I tried to withdraw $500 last week and got declined. I hope for you there system just ****ed up and the $ are somewhere.

It is no secret that they are having massive problems at launch and up to now.
I am an affiliate who has dealt with numerous issue managing players.
One of the players has sent funds to an address they provided and the deposit just went missing on their end. After 2 weeks of emailing back and forth they just said "Sorry you have sent to the wrong address" and the player is responsible, no refund issued. I tell the players to always make a screenshot of the deposit page where the deposit address is visible so it can be used for proofs later.
There are also issues where a canceled cashout does not get deposited back into the account.
It seems like their payment processor is experiencing technical issues and bugs.

I also want to point out that WPTGLOBAL puts winnings players into hidden pools where they can't access the limits where they won big amounts. My player's account currently has that problem while other players have normal tables.

Hey I've had the same happen to me. Those addresses listed in the cashier are those of their crypto partner which you deposited TO initially.

I e-mailed them right after I noticed and about ~2 weeks later they refunded the amount into my account.

I currently have issue with them to withdraw and its really hard for them to understand. I know my english is not perfect but its can be fixed in half a second.
I deposit with interac. During the time I deposit and withdraw I got access to a business bank account on myinterac account so I can't deposit/withdraw anymore with interac.
So I tried to withdraw using crypto. Declined.
they explain to me I had to withdraw using interac, etc. I explain to them its won't work. because of my new limitation and they told me they never had such issue and try to withdraw with interac.
So I did withdraw ($20) to show them its will be declined

In all the room I used interac to deposit and got declined using another withdraw method I had to contact support. They double check my identity, ask me to deposit first with the method, etc.
Its make sense.
But for WPT I feel like everything is new to them and when something don't go "the right way" they don't know how to handle it.

I re-explain everything in a new support e-mail ( I expected someone else then the first person I speak to will read my mail) and its the answer I got

Just a little positive note.
I manage to withdraw to my luxon wallet.

Yea it took me multiple emails as well before they even understood my problem, support was slow as well and especially from a new site you’d expect quicker responses. They have also completely ignored multiple other emails I’ve sent them regarding game integrity.

I also have very strong suspicions, as do some other players I talked to, that the Short Deck tables were filled with Chinese collusion rings and that’s probably why they got rid of all the higher stakes tables. Sadly they don’t have HH’s and won’t supply them either so there’s no way for me or other regs to prove it, but I’ve played enough short deck to recognize strange playing patterns and statistically improbable results.

They have so far refused to comment at all on why the short deck tables were removed, if there was indeed widespread collusion and we don’t get any response/compensation for it that in itself is highly questionable.

Currently they only offer NLH at higher stakes, in which collusion probably isn’t as big of a deal, but I’d definitely urge anyone considering playing there to be very aware and it’s probably best to stay away until they at least allow tracking software/HH downloads.

Know this is really late, but I did get paid evenutally.
Took about a week to 10 days.

WPTGlobal for sure is unprofessional in alot of the way they handle matters.

I was playing some tournaments, win something and go withdrawal with cryptocurrency.

I didn't check crypto address to withdrawal, I thought it was set automatically to my address from which i deposit, but they set automatically to their own address (??), so they withdrawal to their own adress.

I sent emails to support, but they just keep saying that my case has been raised to the payments team. It has already passed 3 weeks from first email.


This case should be very simple to resolve by support, i really dont understand them.


If anyone knows what to do next I would be grateful.

The support can be really good or really bad.
Hope you pick the right guy, the right day. I explained in like 10 the reasons I had to change my deposit/withdraw method and the 10th time I pick the right guy. He just told me to deposit using Luxon Pay once and show an extra proof and everything when smoothly after that

Thanks, yeah, i saw thats guy post, but its resolved everything now. They back funds to my poker account today, they can be fast in resolving cases, when they want to be.

Their customer service is excellent in my experience but a lot of bugs etc. which is expected when you release on Beta I guess? They messed up the launch imo
