Hi Alex, as far as I can see, there are the following limitations on how MPN operators can promote themselves:
1. The VIP cashback can't exceed 30%.
2. The return from deposit / reload bonuses apparently can't exceed 20% of rake (except Ladbrokes when they were on the MPN
).
3. The network apparently decides the total size of promotional prize pools given to an operator (or group of operators run by the same company) to spend in a month.
But are there any other restrictions, in particular, of the frequency of reload bonuses? I thought operators were otherwise free to promote themselves the way they wanted, it's just they can't give too much to regulars because the True Value system makes a $ of a regular's rake less valuable.
