Re: [Non-US-Players] Cashout tracking and discussion thread

My situation: Made max skrill w/d request early april, had w/d cancelled due to p2p transfers like many others, numerous emails back and forth with support before they determined that I had easily played through more than enough to make my w/d, rerequested cashout approx 3 weeks after w/d was cancelled after support gave me the go ahead, w/d has now been pending again one month of actual pending time (but essentially 2+months), been told by support I have a priority tag now for approx 2.5 weeks, crickets since..

It's funny that they say that (priority tag). When I asked them about it they claimed that it's absolutely false that there is any preferential treatment and that all cashouts are processed in the order that they are received.

I questioned them about this and said that that would mean not a single request made after late March would have been processed (since that is how long I've been waiting). Crickets since..

Re: [Non-US-Players] Cashout tracking and discussion thread

Lock poker support + Shane give us information as if they don't believe we are going to contrast and compare with fellow players.. They think since we were dumb enough to believe their credibility and have funds on Lock that we are dumb enough to believe the bs that they have dished out for over 6 months.

Shane has apparently put players here from 2+2 on 'priority' waiting lists... what gives?

if possible please post section of email where "priority" is stated. I have been repeatedly told this does not exist. Guess shane's jumped ship?

Re: [Non-US-Players] Cashout tracking and discussion thread

Primo- I have been waiting 112 days for a 10k cashout to Skrill.

Can you do something about this for me? I have messaged Shane, Support, Security, and my most recent emails and Skype messages have gone unreplied to.

How is it possible you received a cashout in 4 weeks but I am waiting 112 days?

Re: [Non-US-Players] Cashout tracking and discussion thread

Lol not because of that my previous one was 10+ weeks. Lots of people have confirmed 2-5 weeks in here randomly, I'm just posting so I can help everyone stay on top of withdrawal times and keep good records. I'm driving across country atm if your not in next group of Skrill cashouts Auroythmix PM me and I will message the owner directly on your behalf. Will be back to regular Internet usage in 5 days when I get to Vanc

The problem is they aren't at 4. I've been waiting 13 weeks (since March 15th) for a max Skrill withdrawal. I have had all kinds of assurances from support that it is a priority and I will receive it soon.

If they really wanted to "improve" cashout times you would think they would at least clear out the ones in the queue that are over 10 weeks pending rather than processing a few random ones very quickly.

Re: [Non-US-Players] Cashout tracking and discussion thread

Agree 100% obv, ideally they do FIFO (first in first out). Not sure why its seemingly random atm but that's def the ideal solution and the one I'll push for

Re: [Non-US-Players] Cashout tracking and discussion thread

These links aren't particularly good.

For example, the first link has some details wrong, that wouldn't be wrong if it was a well written article.

- Lock wasn't trading at .70-.80 right before the p2p turned off. It was trading below that, at .50-.60, due to the long cashout times. It dropped to around .40, even less I believe, after the transfers stopped.

- His predictions for May and June haven't come true as far as I can tell.

- His predictions for Lock closing in July looks questionable. Even if you don't think Lock has much money, they've gone ~30 days without cashing people out before and kept taking deposits and players kept playing. Why does he think they will shut down in July?

The ecmcpal article also has some issues.

I'm no Lock supporter, but criticism should be accurate and consistent, sticking to the facts or at least predictions based on facts. The predictions in the article only reinforce the errors of the details and make the article look silly. It may sway mindless people against Lock, but the goal should be factual discussion, not "us vs them" mentality.

Re: [Non-US-Players] Cashout tracking and discussion thread

where can you check the status of the cash-outs i can only find the records of the transactions in the reports section?

I have a 1000 cash-out since may 18th and tried cashing out another 2500 but it said can only have one cashout at a time. So i didn't press continue. But the 2500 is gone from my account and in reports it has both as transfer to casino which it always says when a cash-out is been processed.

My last cashout was recieved around mid May approx. 75 days wait

You can transfer the $2500 from the CASINO BALANCE back to the POKER BALANCE in 1 sec.
