It looks like a small batch went out, there are still way to many waiting, beyond what is acceptable.

no skrill, which is where the largest amounts of money get withdrawn.

They do this every 3-4 weeks or so. 5-10 max players report being paid, and then my pending cashout list grows back and then some by the time the next "batch" comes around. It's representative to what they are doing as a whole. This has happened far too often now to be anything less than a pattern.

They pay a few folks off to maintain the ability to say "we're paying people" while stalling for more deposits from the fewer and fewer uninformed players out there. All the while, most of the people owed continue to wait astronomical wait-times and the cycle continues until no one deposits anymore.

See ub/ap payouts from Black Friday until they shut their doors. Same thing with minted/everleaf. Lock is following a very similar path. Less payouts, less traffic, less communication. The end is near.

Well at least they managed to get their name of the Revolution ownership by transferring it to Juicy Stakes which now collects all the funds from the white labels and affiliate sites that API into their network.

It's so obvious with such a large number of operators involved that I find it ridiculous that nobody jump on it in detail. Specially the "poker media" such as pokerfuse and co.

There is a BIG story to be revealed and it's sickening to see that nobody does the research to drag it all out in public.

Good to know the stated timeframe is accurately reflecting the whirlwind of player reported experiences out there...

Guess they set the time frames by your reports. Mind fixing them up to 2 weeks wait? Maybe that will help players to get their cash faster...

What are the chances of a bunch of folks who are owed money getting together and pursuing a class action suit against Lock? They owe me 1200 which is not a huge amount but I'm betting from reading only a little here we are talking a very large sum plus penalties, attorney fees, etc.? I am thinking this would definitely allow us to go after the other involved parties like the cake network for fraud as well.

If they had any money they'd probably be paying people so what would we get if we sued them? I'm guessing nothing. What everyone needs to do is report the fraud to authorities and have every last employee thrown in jail for knowingly participating in the fraud.

Seems that way. Pretty stupid too because it is clearly just due to horrible mismanagement. They had a lot of players back when they actually did cash outs. But then they went and screwed that all up.

I bet if someone that actually had a brain was given the reins the company could still possibly be saved. You know, by cutting all expenses and directing all rake revenue directly into cash outs as they happen. 100% eliminating all rake back and "pro" (lol) salaries. Whoever is in charge now is clearly spending whatever revenue they have left on some bull **** expenses, like a complete idiot. Why does support still give immediate responses, for example? How does that get more priority than simply paying people?

According to a post on "Shane's forum" e-wallets are temporary down in the cashier but will be back soon. No idea what soon means though. At least that is what Shane, I mean "Peter" said.

When was the last time someone reported having received a ROW cash out to Skrill?

I cashed out $1500 back in August of this year via skrill and it took approx. 1 month til it was in my account. About a month later I cashed out $2000 and I've yet to receive that one. I keep getting the run around from them. I am from Canada and my user name is eskimobros. I still have $1000 in my account but I'm obviously not playing there as much now that I don't think I'll get my money out anyway. I'll update this if I ever get my cashout.

Hello,

Our sincerest apologies for the delay of your Skrill payout. I'm afraid we are behind our typical processing times at present but are putting some new processors in place to assist with the backlog. We hope to be caught up shortly.

Although I don't have a specific date as to when you'll receive your funds, I can assure you that we'll have it processed as soon as possible and send you another update accordingly.
All my best,

Quinn

Quinn, that's exactly the same line you already wrote in your last
reply. I don't care if you honour all withdrawal request or not. I'm
contacting you to know when "I" will receive my money and nothing else.

HI,

All withdrawal requests are being honored and paid out. I'm afraid they are just taking quite a bit longer than we would all like at the moment. But assure you, you will receive your funds.

Hi Quinn,
I'm sure that Lock has the best intentions to honour all withdrawal
requests. My point is that nothing has improved since May despite
Jennifer Larson's assurances and to be honest Lock is doing a horrible
job in finding payment processors and there is obvious reasons for that.

Either way. I guess I'll have to wait for my cash out then until Lock
manages to cope up a spare $xxxxx to process my NON-US request to Skrill.
Hilarious but guess it is what it is.

HI,

I understand your frustration with how long this has taken. We're frustrated too. We do not want you to be experiencing a delay like this. It is not in your interest or ours, as we know that keeping our players happy will instill loyalty. All withdrawal requests are being honored and paid out. I'm afraid they are just taking quite a bit longer than we would all like at the moment. But assure you, you will receive your funds.

Hi Mary,
That's the exact same wording you've send to a friend of mine earlier today.

Your "typical" processing time for ROW (NON-US cash outs) has been a
minimum 4-6 weeks for the last 10 months with numerous public
re-assurances of Lock's CEO Jennifer Larson that things will get better
"within the next few weeks as we've brought on new processors".

If you were the customer here, at what point would you say "I had enough
of this?". 12 months? 18 Months or 2 years of the same generic answers
over and over again?

Kind Regards,
HammerMan

Hello,

I'm terribly sorry for the delay with your cashout. I'm afraid we are very behind our typical processing times at present but we have some new processors that will hopefully get us back on track and we can assure you that we will process your request as soon as possible.

Have a good day.

Many thanks,

Mary

Hi,

I see that your payout is still pending but we're doing everything we can to have your payout processed as soon as possible. We've also made it a top priority to have our payout timeframes go back to normal so you won't have to wait this long again moving forward.

The reason you've been waiting this long is due to the current restrictions on our providers end. But we're putting new processors in place to handle both our backlog of requests and all new payouts.

As soon as your payout has processed we will let you know. Thank you again for all your patience.
All my best,

Quinn

Dear Lock Support,
With the start of the new week I'd like to once again follow up on my
pending withdrawal request. Maybe you'll manage to squeeze it in this
week when you do your Skrill processing.

Please also spare me from the "allotted time of 6-8 weeks" reply. I'm
aware of the situation all the way back to last year December and in
almost one year nothing has really improved. Actually the opposite, you
taking longer to process ROW cash outs now than you did in July.

Anyway, looking forward to receiving my money so I may consider raking
again.

Regards,
HammerMan

is there any truth in the rumours that lock has left revolution to start their own independent poker client? is this is true surely it is good news for played waiting on cash outs?

I don't see what Lock leaving the network has anything to do with them not paying. Lock has always operated their own cashier system. On Merge and on Cake/Revolution. Therefore it doesn't make any difference at all.
