We went through a period where our process limits weren't able to meet our demand which got us behind with our cashouts, we have rectified this and are now working on moving forward. I understand this improvement hasn't been as obvious yet while we are still clearing that backlog and until it is obvious this question will continue to come up but all we can do is keep working through the cashouts.

In the recent period where we have worked to increase our processing and work through our backlog we have actually seen our competitors take a little step back with Bodog losing Skrill and Merge losing WU. We feel we are well positioned now with our current processing limits to work our way back to where we should be and measure up far better against our competitors than we currently do

@NextPlz. I believe Shane was talking about the 3rd party processors that move the funds around and in/out of the US. But you're right and with ROW players (like pmuir) still waiting for their cash after +120 days Lock sure still needs to do better if they really think that they have already improved.

You can still access your pending cashouts though. Ask them for the link where you can view/cancel your pending cashouts.

Thanks for the tip. I used to be able to view my pending cashout by requesting another. It would then inform me that I had one pending and I would just check the date there. Now an error messages comes up when I try.

@tga, that is interesting since I used to do the same and I also got the skrill cashout confirmation page bookmarked which you get displayed once you placed a cashout since I usually print that page for my records.

Update:

Requested $10k Skrill March 13th.

About a month ago I email them and they say that it was processed on March 28th. I tell them they are mistaken and then they agree and say my cashout is verified and will be added to the priority list.

Today I email them asking whats going on and they tell me that my cashout was processed on March 28th again.

Is everyone over there a ****ing moron? Shane I have emailed you too, but you have not responded. Can you PLEASE look into this for me?

I've never receive any email confirmation when I put in a cashout request. That's why I always print the confirmed request. Seems to be working different for each of us...
