still waiting for max neteller cashout since 26th March... its close to 3 months... Shane didnt answer on skype, and from 2 months I see emails from support with magic sentence " very soon". "Very soon was 2 months ago, and was yestarday when I again ask about my cashout

I've been waiting since January for a 10k Skrill cashout and was just wondering if you could do anything to improve my cashout status. It's slightly troubling to me that i don't see any information regarding my the withdrawal in my cashier history anymore and can't seem to locate it in my detailed reports either. However, support keeps reassuring me that they see my cashout request and mine will be included in one of the upcoming batches.

I have been playing at Lock for awhile, but never used 2p2. I have been waiting on a 10k skrill cashout since 3/13.

I have not been able to view the cashout in the cashier history for awhile and I have sent many emails to support asking what is happening. Most have assured me that I will be getting my cashout soon, but one said that they couldn't see a cashout and my last cashout went through in February sometime. I followed up with them and they seemed to never acknowledge that email, they just sent me another form email saying my cashout was being processed and I should have it soon.

Shane, is there any way you can make sure my cashout is in the priority list?

My last 3 withdrawals took 2 weeks(without any play), 2,5 weeks and 1 month as an GFG winner.

I won $7000 in March in cash games and nothing in April and May(probably a result of the Fair Play Technology) but made still a good money cause of the high rewards Lock is offering. I have no problem to wait even 3 month for a withdrawal and get some $100s/1000s more instead of playing on another site, as long as it´s sure that I´ll receive my money.

I defend no one. I state my point of view like anyone doing it.
