Just finished reviewing posts from the past few weeks and it looks like you are correct.

So why in hell don't they just admit that up front rather than feeding me this, "very soon", "shortly" BS.

This only pisses me off even more and damages their already shaky credibility.

They need to hire a good customer service manager. They couldn't pay him too much.

Probably because you, like many others, wouldn't even deposit a penny if they knew this ahead of time.

I still hold out hope that they didn't know the delays would be this bad. My gut however tells me they knew they were grossly exaggerating the cash out time frames given what has to be a major payment processor and/or liquidity issue behind the scenes.

It all adds up to a short-term strategy though, because they surely know what damage they are doing to their brand (as evidenced by the pokerfuse article).

I still believe it is never too late to admit mistakes. If Lock would provide some official statement admitting that they have made some mistakes and are still experiencing payment processor issues even if they don't have a set time frame for a fix, they would absolutely improve their image instantly imo. Leaving poker players, post-bf to brew and sit uneasy with their thoughts about the security of their funds in an unregulated market is only going to lead to bad results.

I am fairly certain we will all get our money, eventually so, dont sweat over it too much. Yes, I know some of you guys are waiting on 4 digit + cashouts which you might need for RL but after all, you should've done better research on the cashouts you can expect from lock.

I am not trying to defend Lock here - it's pretty ridiculous for their skrill cashouts to be taking upwards of 30 days when I got a cashout from FTP in less than a minute...

Anyone's been waiting longer then 52days for skrill cashout?

are the bigger cashouts taking more time?

From what i've seen, no, they generally take equally long. I've seen instances of people getting big cashouts faster, and vice versa, so in general just the same.

Yes, I know that it's not as long as your last one, which I believe was 52 days, but that's no comfort.

Waiting 37 days for an e-Wallet cashout...as of today....is not acceptable under any circumstances.

And to make matters worse they continue to promise a 2 week time frame and then when that passes, it's more of, you should have it "shortly", "very soon", "in the next batch", and on and on it goes for weeks and weeks.

As bad as it is, for whatever reason, they should just come clean and admit, that e-Wallet cash outs are taking 6 plus weeks.

If this improves in the future then fine, they can update their time frame, but right now it's 6 weeks. Until they've proven for an extended period that it is shorter than that, then be up front and advise players of the truth.

Completely agreed. It's horrid, and indeed, how support keeps brainlessly repeating "7-14 days" and then they're like "mind you it's business days" trololol herp derp well yeah if their business weeks only have 1-2 business days in them, then maybe it's correct.

Really disgusting how they keep repeating that bs when it's flat out lying indeed.
