Is there anything that can be done at the governmental level I wonder? Thinking about contacting a lawyer in Curacao...

I haven't heard of one such action ever going the players way. If anyone wants to steal millions of dollars just open up a poker site . I haven't heard of one such action doing anything to someone that is an online pokersite. People are playing on blind faith when it comes to online poker unless you are doing it in one of the legal unisted states sites then you have regulation.

I don't know if it would work, and probably would not, but I'd still be interested. I'm sure other players with huge pieces such as INEEDPAIDFF would be very interested

After some light research, it looks like the gaming commission is supposed to review the corporation every year. I don't know how in-depth this review goes. Seems like there should be shared liability between this agency and the corporation. A shot in the dark but worth checking out for those of us that have lost out. Even if players didn't lose money, I think this should be fought by all players for the future benefit of all players. This type of shady business is what gives the game we love a bad rep.

100% agree and am willing to be part of this.

Also, is it time to start naming names for the sake of legal repercussions and so those implicit can't do this again? The only person I know of is the one we all know, Jonathan Brown (kahn). But there are enough of us directly affected, or even just seeing this thread that someone must know who the "new managers" of Full Flush are (were).

So after searching around, I was able to find this lawfirm, located in Curacao:
http://www.spigtdutchcaribbean.com/i...?/site/home/en

Would the next step be reaching out to a law firm in Curacao, or reaching out to the gaming commission in Curacao? Possibly reaching out to lawyers here in the states that specialize in cases related to poker fraud/gambling fraud?

Gaming commission sounds like the best bet.

You're wasting your time with Curacao Egaming. They didn't respond to Lock players or Full Flush players. They have never once responded to a press request for comment AFAIK. They are basically just a web host.

Your money is lost forever. The sooner you accept that, the sooner you can move on.

Strength in numbers if we all reach out to this law firm and the commission as a group.

I had 21k still on there from Aug 2015. I'm keeping tabs on the thread for potential actions to take. I have realistic views on very low chance of success but also am willing to take reasonable steps if there is a chance of recouping anything. But really I share and accept Pokeraddict's stance.

I recieved this offical response from Curacao E-Gaming:

Dear Sir,

Thank you for contacting Curaçao eGaming.

Curaçao eGaming does not license this site.

They might be licensed by another license holder, however

no information is provided.

Regards,
Curaçao eGaming

So, they were not licensed through that site after all.

Open to more suggestions or ways to move forward.

Despite the Full Flush client and web support being offline, it appears the 800 number is still working. Has anyone tried calling recently?

Yes, I got a machine that said they where out to lunch indefinetly. I believe they where in fact licensed by curaco who dropped them for some reason.

Paging Kahn. The one who had some very good prospects for the site. LOL. It is sickening that they just shut down. Did anyone try to call them? Game over?

Khan not coming in here, he ran away like a little school girl. He has no integrity his life is fueled by greed.

Guess I'm ~ a month late to the party. Decided to log on today for some micro action and discovered, they're gone. Good thing this is a hobby and not my job. Be sure to thank George Bush again for allowing UIEGA to get through on his watch. The current online poker landscape is something you certainly can't blame on those crafty liberals.

Good luck with trying to get a case with American lawyers concerning an online poker site that violated American law.

I wonder what Khan will say now. He send players to almost broken site because of affiliate interest. Also I remember he was buying ff bankrolls for 0.4 rate and offered bitcoins instead. And where do we saw fast bitcoins cashouts? Right, it was Heritage. I don't know all the scheme, but it may be as simple as chipdumping, because equity network security is... fullflush. It can be same people that answered our emails and lie over and over again. So they say to Heritage that game was clear and hello easy money.

The Fullflushpoker.com page is now back up with the text of its Facebook post from a month ago and a support contact form. This is very odd. I'm not saying there is any hope but it is unusual for a site to not just completely go away once it shutters after a long nonpayment period.

OTOH, they deleted the FFP Facebook page (unless I'm banned from the page w/o ever posting anything on it). The dormant Twitter account still exists.
