A lot of players don't seem to realize this but bad beats are a sign that their are fish at the table, not that the site is rigged. Good players experience more bad beats than bad players because good players aren't usually the ones coming from behind. Holdem doesn't give a huge edge to any player. Bad hands are going to win a lot; but over the long run, it's the good players who win the money.

PokerHost is moving from Merge to EPN within a couple weeks.

Does anyone grind SNGs on this network? I tried to look at the lobby but don't really want to sign up at the moment

Well; it took them a month but it was sorted out at last.
Nice that worked out.

Actually at the moment sitngo action is virtually non-existant. If you take a close look at Kahn's chart you'll see that there isn't actually a single sitngo running. I'm hoping that PokerHost's annexation to the network will change that because I'd really like to play some sitngo's and as of yet haven't been able to successfully sign up for one.

Currently Equity's strength is the cash games. During peak hours there is a fair amount running with some players who could use a few poker lessons.

Nope but you can do it on each table manually. right click the seat where you want to seat and you will have it in options. Kinda annoying but you can make it.

Just started playing though the 5Dimes skin recently. They have 2 versions, "Open Waters" and "Shark Tank". I've only tried Open Waters.

So far, other than the POP rewards (50% rakeback), I am not impressed at all.

First of all, the software is awful. It's laggy and on more than one occassion it has cost me a hand because I literally couldn't click back on to the table. And my computer has enough ram(4gb), blah blah.

The timer for the hands is WAAAY too fast. It's like every table is ultra-turbo. The timer is usually in the red by the time I have my bet amount the way I want it. Also, you can't type in your bet, say .50 (yes I am playing low limits, been out of the game for years)

I had a hand where I was trying to type in my raise, I put in .50, it went to 5 dollars, I tried to lower it and boom, folded my hand. It didn't even seem like more than 10 seconds either.

The first time I got lagged or whatever, and it folded my hand automatically for me....which sucked (had a nut flush draw). I contacted support, they were nice about it, said they would email the developers or whatever, and get back to me. Still waiting.

Then today when I contacted live support about the incorrect bet size they were of no use whatsoever. In fact they were downright rude. Asked me for my hand id multiple times, despite telling them I did not know the hand ID.

After doing some digging around, no thanks to the awful customer support, I found that you have to click hand history, go to options, and increase the memory from 20 hands, and also indicate to save a certain number of days of hand history. I find it rather suspect that the default setting is for just 20 hands, and that your hands are not automatically saved.

There's no options for visual display, multicolored suits (this can be really helpful as sometimes it can look like you have 2 diamonds when you have 1 diamond and 1 heart)

If you're multi-tabling, the table that needs action does not pop up.

Not sure about the higher levels, just played .25/.50 and .05/.10, but the fish were prevalent.

Also, in the span of 120 hands, I was dealt the following:
AA (x2), KK, QQ, JJ (x3), TT (x4), 99, 88, 66, 44 (x3), 33, 22 (x2)

I hit roughly 5 sets out of these pairs.

And despite my good run of cards and playing fairly conservatively, I got destroyed too. 3 of the times I hit my set I lost.

I also witnessed quads 3 times on one table in the span of about 3 hours (or 180 hands)

Just the sheer volume of quality hands and action on the table was beyond probability, in my opinion. Maybe just variance, I guess, but color me highly skeptical at this point.

In addition to the pairs I also got AK, AQ (3x), KQ (4x)

And I'm not just talking about this 2 hour stretch, this is more or less what I've experienced since I've been playing here. I'm not saying anything definitively right now, but I would like to know if this network has been tested by some outside agency.
Again, I'm just highly skeptical due to the relative lack of quality regarding the software, lack of quality from the customer service when dealing with poker issues, hand history issues, and so on.

Even after changing the settings in the hand history options, I couldn't find the files at all. Had to restart the program entirely, and now it appears it's working, yet there was no dialog to indicate as such when I changed the settings.

Even as I typed this, closed the software, reopened, sat down at a new table, and I've already been dealt 2 pairs and hit sets both times in just 10 hands. At a certain point it ceases to be just random variance imho.

Oh, 2 more things. Preflop, one click on the slider is a 4x bb bet.
I can't bet 3x the BB unless I try to type in my bet which is very clunky.

Lastly, I can't see my opponents cards even if we go to showdown, well assuming if they lost of course. I mean this is ridiculous. I want to be able to see what someone was calling with, or raising with, or betting big with on the river. Even if I go to hand history it won't show me. I mean isn't that part of the basic rules, you have to be able to see your opponents hand? Shouldn't anyone who was dealt into a hand be able to see any of the hands that go to showdown?

In the main lobby you can select a 4 color deck via options.

I tried through 5dimes too. similar experience. the software is awful, the worst I have ever seen. I typed in bet size wrong couple times, like 10x what I intend to. It is very difficult to multi-table because of the terrible software.

I play 100nl and 200nl 6max. There is like only 2 or 3 tables going at the prime time. In my experience, it doesn't look like more fishy than bovada.

to provide traffic, you would need someone else to play with you too.

I don't think that the software is as bad as you do but I agree that improving the bet sizing should be their number one priority in upgrading it.

Easy answer: Bovada

Also I found Revolution was horrible with all the bugs. And Seals with Clubs is practically useless.

I'm not praising the Equity software because the bet sizing thing has been driving me crazy and I've spent some serious time looking online for a script that would help me enter bets, to no avail.
