So I took out a sportsbetting free play money bet. Won that bet and had to rollover 500 dollars. Well ran well in the sportsbetting department and did the rollover easily. Now have to deposit 50 to be able to withdraw. Question is do I have to use that 50 in sports, and have they actually been paying?

I'm not quite sure. In the rules it states that if you run up money from freerolls you have to deposit the minimum of $50 and roll it over once in the sportsbook. Though I don't know if a free play money bet has the same requirement. Even then, I emailed them about the rollover from a freeroll run up and he said it didn't matter whether I rolled it over in the sportbook, casino,l or poker, as long as I rolled my deposit over at least once. As for do they pay out, I've yet to find out, I'm still waiting to do the deposit rollover. It seems split as to whether they pay out or not, I've seen a lot of people who claim they get their money with ease and others say its a pain or never get it. Let me know how it goes, I'm eager to know the same thing!

They don't let you cashout until you've cleared your bonus.

I'm assuming you have to wait the whole 120 days either way. I cleared my deposit bonus, but have yet to hit the 120 day mark. When I go to "payouts" it says 0.00 is available to withdraw.

I talked to live support and they said I could cashout out once it was cleared. So I hope you're wrong... that would be pretty ridiculous to have to wait 120 days after raking that much.

not sure, but it sounds like you probably need to transfer money from poker to sports.

Then I requested a check by mail payout and it took about 3 weeks to arrive iirc. If you request the payout on a Friday you can get the fee waived.
I made the $50 deposit western union. I cleared the $100 deposit bonus in 37 days. I make a sports bets on occasion, but I didn't have to in order to withdraw. The paperwork I had to email them was quite a few pictures of IDs, utility bill etc., but once they got that, I was able to withdraw. I've done a withdraw in each of last three months from my profits. average about 2 days, picked it up at the supermarket, western union down the street, no problem.

Be patient, be polite, be persistent, don't get angry with their support if you don't hear back in 30 minutes. If I email them, I go on about my day. half a day sometimes full day later they always get back to me.

when I read some of the posts here I can see why they are having problems.
people are to lazy to read the terms of service, or do any research and act stupid and expect the world to deal with their ****.

when I enter a tourney, sit n go, or cash game, I feel like I actually won money, because, I can actually request a cash out and get it. Hopefully DOJ leaves this site alone for awhile.

Yeah, it only becomes withdrawable when it's in the sports section.

Yeah I am hoping when I deposit I only have to roll it over one time because I don't plan on using a bonus and all my money on the site was run up from freerolls. I think I'll go with western union since you said it worked. I don't pay utility bills because I currently live with my parents so I hope we can work around that as a necessary document...

i could almost swear that last fall i had my original deposit bonus going, withdrew some funds, and the bonus was unaffected. it has been almost one year, so perhaps i'm mistaken, but i thought for sure i withdrew before clearing the entire bonus

I did the same, just a week ago. Got my money in ~6h (neteller). I think you can only withdrawal your winnings, but not your initial deposit before clearing/forfeiting the bonus and clearing the rake requirements.

Any active poker deposit bonuses for BetOnline currently? If not, any coming up that have been announced?

Thanks

Is this true? I was thinking of trying this site but no way I'm paying a fee to use bitcoin. And is there a fee to withdraw also? LOL, are you sure it wasn't something to do with the price of bitcoin constantly going up and down?

6.5% fee for all deposit methods, including bitcoin.

2% fee for bitcoin withdrawal (I believe you can get one fee waiver per month via support if done on a Friday).

Hi there,

This isn't entirely true.

Credit Card deposits and bitcoin deposits have a processing fee of 6.5%.

For ROW players, deposits with Skrill or Neteller carry no fee. The merchant may charge you a fee though but, that's something to double check with them.

If you deposit $300 or more with WU or MG you can have your fees refunded to your account.

You can request a discount of up to $50 on your withdrawal on a Friday, once every 30 days.

Regards,
Tiffany

Any word on this? I used live chat but it was completely useless as the agent insisted that there are no redeposit bonuses for Poker...only sports. Obviously, we know this isn't true because I've even taken advantage of a redeposit bonus on this network in the past (St. Patty's).

Hi, not sure if this is the right thread for this, but where does BetOnline save your hand histories? I've searched everywhere I can think of but I can't find them. Any ideas?

Thanks! =)

The "History" menu at the top, click Hand History

I've seen that, but I can't import them. Do they save on your computer anywhere? I'm trying to be able to import them into Snowie.

Thanks for the quick reply! But I'm sorry that is unacceptable to me! Bitcoin is free to use, so why charge for it? Why put up a barrier to your customers? The more money your customers deposit on your site the more money you make, right? Both WPN (Winning Poker Network), and SWCPoker accept Bitcoin and neither site charges any fees to deposit or withdraw. I'm not paying a deposit fee using Bitcoin, only to also get raked when I play. That sounds a little greedy to me.

Thanks for the correction, Tiffany.

Would like to find this out as well. Affiliates used to tell me about unlimited reload bonuses and that they can be worth x amt, yet Ive not found any to use.
