Not true, happened to me at 2/4 by the same player a few times. Also emailed proof and complaints but they never gave me an answer or any refund. However I haven't seen that player as much or if at all lately so who knows.

I turned my 17k POP points into about 7k Promo$ through those Step SNGs I was talking about. That's worth $70 in tournament buyins, but you can't use Promo$ for rebuys or for freezeout tournaments. So basically, the Promo$ are a way to get you to buy into tournaments where you'll inevitably have to rebuy or addon with real $ to have the best chance of cashing, generating more rake.

Kind of annoying, especially since I wouldn't be playing MTTs in the first place without the Promo$, but they still have value.

Any one ever have a cash out canceled as "the courier attempted to deliver the package with no success."??? I have waited 5 weeks when I was told 14 business days. I get this in an email today. FedEx never came to my house and My address is correct on my account.

If you have lots of PoPs that you earned before April 1st, they will expire in a few days, so use them by 30 June.

You can transfer back and forth between Sportsbook and poker and use freeroll earnings to bet sports if you like, but to make a withdraw, you MUST deposit minimum $50. It took me 37 days to earn enough pop points to clear the $100 deposit bonus I received for my $50 deposit. Depending on your play rate, it could take longer, but they release that bonus in 5 stages.

As long as your requested payout leaves enough money in your account to cover the Deposit and bonus, you MAY or MayNot (there rules aren't real clear on this) be able to withdraw before clearing the bonus, without giving up the bonus.

I've seen people on this thread say yes you can or no you can't keep the bonus. I cleared it before requesting payout. I was never told I had to wait though.

Your going to also have to email them a copy of a credit card front and back, ID, Utility bill showing your address, then they should authorize your account for payouts. They will give you those instructions after you try to make a withdraw.

from my experience no matter how much you rake if you deposit with CC you have to wait 1 month time for that to clear before any cashout is aloud.

THese sites are really pissing me off. I'm going to start playing on Sportsbetting.AG instead of BOL, so I deposited money on there today. I tried to do the Western Union option because they cover the fees above $300, and it errors out with no matter what web browser I use when I go on from step 1. They keep saying to use a different web browser. I tried Chrome, Explorer, Mozilla and all the same issue.

So, I decided to use my credit card. I've never had any success with using it, but I thought, what the hell, lets try it. There is NOTHING on the deposit page for the credit card that says they will charge me a 6.5% processing fee. I try to talk to support about it, because the deposit is over $300 and they cover fees on Western Union but not on credit cards. It does not clearly indicate there is a charge the credit card. I'm just tired of this ****. They charged me a huge fee to deposit via Bitcoin at BOL, that I had NO CLUE was going to happen. I tried to help a friend install BOL and was having some problems. I used the online chat for assistance and they warned me not to log in using my account there. They said one user, one IP address. The problem ended up being his laptop was considered a tablet and not laptop, so that was why the poker client didn't work.

Apparently they support Sports betting on phones and tablets, but not the poker client.

did you enter a promotion code when you deposited? on the main page at http://www.betonline.ag/promotions they have different bonus's. you have to follow the instructions on the bonus you selected. Looks you need to e-mail them with a bonus code for that promotion. Looks like you have the 25% welcome bonus which looks pretty bad or worthless if your not sports betting.

I used the 'POKERNEW" code, and they gave me a 200% bonus, which I cleared in 37 days playing mostly MTTs. You might be able to e-mail them and request that bonus, giving up the useless freeplay bonus.

I've heard some regulars say stay away from bonuses altogether. probably depends on what your playing.

I just made another cashout via western union. It took 28 hrs from my request till it was ready for pickup (not bad) . fee was $15 on $500 cash-out using the Friday $50 fee reduction. Hope that helps.

I didnt use a bonus at all, so it was kind of confusing. I finally talked to someone that was able to let me cash out, they just removed the freeplay balance.
