Software looks promising but we all know it needs a ton of improvements.

1- Table size is fixed, need to be able to resize
2- Text in lobby too small
3- Add PLO

-when you click bet slider, it's totally random as to whether it's going to increase the bet 1 bb or 2 bb. sometimes i click it and it goes up 1bb, but mostly 2bb.
-auto-post shouldn't be automatically selected when you sit down, i posted UTG twice because i didn't realize this yesterday.
-sounds should have an option to only play alert sounds. i hate the cards, chips and shuffling sounds.
-tables popping up should have an option to be turned off.
-dealer chat should have an option to be reduced to simply hand summaries. as of now, it's either dealer chat is on FULL, or off entirely.
-can't view hand histories at all at the moment (unless you're writing them to HD)
-when you sit down, you have to type in your buyin amount. there should be a little radio button for "min buyin" and "max buyin" that you can click rather than having to type in the amount every time.
-table resizing/tiling/cascading would be great.
-tournament lobbies don't display starting stacks at all, or blind level times.
-lobby filters would be great.
-speaking of lobby, there should be a column in the ring games for what game it is. i realize right now you have LHE and NLHE only, but when you add more games it'll be needed, plus right now it's kind of confusing at first what games are what.
-100bb tables needed BADLY!
-also if you want to be innovative, i've always wanted 20bb MAX buyin games. i might be the only person who wants these, but it'd be awesome if you did it. IMO 50bb games are kind of annoying, 100bb games are way better but 20bb games would be a nice change of pace every now and then. ppl play 20bb stacks horribly, and it honestly wouldn't be a bad place for newbies to take shots without destroying their BR.
-an auto-top off feature would be great for cash games

Biggest thing for me is speed of client. I've downloaded and run the software using Chrome, 65 Mbps wifi network where everything normally runs extremely fast. My roommate is also using the client and cards are dealt extremely fast for him.

But for me, it's taking about 5 seconds of lag for every hand to be dealt. I can't do anything on one table (call, fold, etc) while the cards are being dealt on another table. It's causing me to nearly time out if I play two tables, nevermind more than that. Anyone else having this problem? I've rebooted my computer, closed all other programs, etc... no RAM or CPU issues, can't figure out what it could be.

FWIW the lag was so bad on one hand that the 3rd card on the flop never loaded for me... I only saw a 2 card flop. (I folded preflop BTW).

I was unable to create new account from the opening page.

After I downloaded the program, I clicked the button... Create a new account.

I got the error message.. error in running script from this page. I pressed the option "yes" from this error page.. Nothing happens.

From the same page, I clicked the button for Customer support.

I get the same error message as above

I am in Las Vegas. Running in windows 7 home system.

same for me, i thought yesterday it was bcause i had a few other programs running but after an hour or so earlier today i had the same problems. very slow software all around.

5- while rebuying in allin pot, but won pot afterwards, the rebuy didn't get added to stack. (didn't top up either)

All, it'd be okay to point out the same issue as it may get done faster, so go ahead and let your voice be heard. (safety in numbers)

Can you guys literally just look at any other existing poker client and at least copy them to be at a better product starting point? It's like the entire budget for this poker client went into the Executive Staff's photos in the About section on your site and Esfandiari.

Is everyone else having this problem:
when playing several tables, if the cards are being dealt on one of the tables it freezes your actions on all other tables so you cant fold, bet, bring other table to front, etc. until cards are done dealing.

Just got new laptop with windows 8 so wanted to make sure it isnt just on my end.

After playing 1 hour here is my improvement list. The above is by far the most tilting thing.

Last hand re-player or at least on the fly hand histories with showdown cards shown.

Don't have auto post blinds automatically on

Cards are dealt way too slowly

No waiting list is horrible

Manual re-size tables and/or tile with auto re-size

Fix hotspot issue where you must use wifi to play as far as I can tell

100bb buy in tables obviously

Multi table tourneys, I'm sure they are coming soon

I downloaded the software but my firewall keeps telling me that the software is not safe to install and I have no option but delete it. I turned off the firewall and Anti Virus systems but still can't get it to install. Do you know what I should do to complete the setup? By the way I can't play @UltimatePoker at this time due to not a Nevada's resident. Just wanted to check it out. Thanks
