I've got a player claiming to have "logged" my IP address at my table. How would they do this?

When I was observing a tourney - and someone was slow playing, then lost - he claimed to only be playing to log IP addresses. This was 3 years ago.

I asked him to prove it, he wouldn't.

That's kinda what I figured. And that's what I told the person. Tell me what my IP address is if you can do it. And of course they didn't.

My IP address is 2 doors down to the right, but yes OP this should be unpossible (it is UB though, so who knows).
