hopefully this. i was not very smart and kept way to much money online for the stakes i was playing. hopefully we will all get our HARD earned money even if it does take months.

I was able to log into FT and make a deposit. I do notice that my last deposit has not cleared my bank. I wanted to make a deposit just so I can play for awhile even if they can't get it from my bank.

I would be surprised if the Federal government 1) could and 2) actually did seize all our funds.

Whenever you have a business that is making 100's of millions and even billions, you simply must make sure you have enough politicians in your back pocket so that you can be protected.

Problem with online poker is that they mistakenly thought that since they were doing nothing wrong, that they didn't need to grease the political wheels.

And now, the Political Beast has come for them along with a few pounds of flesh.

sorry dude. for all practical purposes we're in the same situation though - i have rent and bills due at the end of the month. i'm really kicking myself for keeping so much of my liferoll on stars - if i can't get that money in the next month or so, i'm probably ****ed.

I just logged in fine about 20 minutes ago, but "no real money cash or tournaments are available in my area due to government regulations". This was all be fore I read the thread.

I am still able to sit down at Real Money Games on Full Tilt. My client has been open since before the Indictment. Anybody else able to sit at real money tables on Tilt? I thought they all had been blocked?

I feel real bad for all you US players and grinders. I've only started playing seriously 4 months ago and know how much work and effort you have obviously put in to get to where you are. I hope you all get your hands on all the money which is rightfully yours, surely as it is not in US banks the US government can't take it? I hope there will be a way around it for you all.

Does anyone think there is a chance the sites in question could be closed down or face serious problems? I'm in the UK and cashing out 90% of my stars roll right now, I guess you never know.
